Hi Khattab, Once your PC is formatted all your windows data in my knowledge must have been wiped out, hence there is very scarce chance that we will be able to get the count of times your PC was formatted. I hope I am understanding your question correctly.
The first method wont work. Cause i bought my laptop in 2019, i had reformatted my laptop on april 27,2022 and this method showed my original install date as 4/27/2022

If you are wishing to find the time your PC was again loaded and started for the first time after formatting, look at the Properties of the My Documents folder. That can give you a rough estimate.
