This is the same as today Greta Thunberg travelling to New York in a sailboat because she doesn't want to use a plane. The five men operating the boat flew home on planes, and were replaced for her travel back by a new crew of five men who were flown in to New York on planes.
Thats how revolutions starts. When those five will understand the importance of environment at later stage of this revolution they too will travel with sailboats.
She traveled by sailboat to save the environment,but in the end she caused 10 times more harm to the environment. just for show..
Its about the message. Not everyone would focus on what those 5 travelled.

Acting poor does not really help the poor. Acting sick does not make an ill person well. This is profound. And I missed this message for days.
Analogy of Poor and ill is illogical. Gandhiji embraced minimal lifestyle to connect to the masses of India who thought of themselves as helpless or powerless. He filled those with the energy of self awareness and taught them their contribution in nation buliding. He made them realised how important they are for their country rather than being mere helpless farmers. All of this unified India irrespective of their religion into one opposing front against Britishers. So plz before making these absurd analogies first understand the greatness of Mahatma Gandhi.

I've seen in my life that poor people can be so jealous, greedy, lying, cruel and evil that it's beyond all that what rich or middle class people are capable of. Poor people have so enormous ego, and if you help them as soon as they achieve some material prosperity they will use it against you. They would even like to kill you because you remind them of the existance they once were. That's my experience with the poor, and Osho is so right, he is one of the rare people who really exposed the illusion of poverty as a spiritual virtue.
