As a minimalistic that's a lot for me
Smart home it is but way too much clutter, too many things everywhere. This is done to one individual’s liking and no anyone else would like all that stuff. Funny you said dish washer aren’t standard in Rwanda, they are, they are called house maids and they don’t require lots of water and electricity 😂.

It looks nice however at the same time it look too cluttered for my taste as I am a minimalist myself things like the seating arrangements are too big makes the apartment appear to be smaller than it probably is but I definitely like some of the color choices though

I see people complaining about the clutter. Instantly, I got a headache at the very first sight of it. Yes, it's too cluttered and busy for me, however, someone will like it. Admittedly, I've never seen a house like this on the market, especially not one fitted with modern features. It doesn't seem generally smart but people should remember that someone designed this to their liking and there is someone else who will like it. They catered to a specific person. It's a risk but at least that kind of person will now feel included. The rest of us don't have to like it.
I've said it before, constructively but there has been no difference, so, now it's really just annoying. I'm not the only one who sees it. The cameraman needs to start showing the house, not the person talking about the house. Somebody... please tell him. This channel has shown some lovely houses but we've basically barely seen any of them. For a real estate company on such a grand scale, from what I've seen, the company should invest some time and or money in the training of it's cameraman. I didn't say change him. Just give him some guidance... please.

Much too ornate for my taste..... would hate to be on the outside wanting to use the bath room and having to go through those locks, no matter how smart.

Tawdry, garish, tat! That's what some whypipo think of us when someone suggests a "successful" black african! It's not unconscious! Far from it! How can we possibly have taste rivaling theirs?
