  • Review and application/installation of the Iron Armor truck bed coating I bought at Harbor Freight. Video covers how to remove old plastic truck bed liner and apply new coating. The liner helps prevent the truck bed from rusting/scratches and helps with impact resistance. The part number is 60778.

You did a great job. It is not easy to apply, but it is worth it. Apply at least two coats, three if you expect thicker Linux results.
Respirator definitely and no small children or pets.

Looks good. The bedliner holds well to the meta. Sanding is not necessary unless it is rustly.

To move the liner you just lift in the middle while standing on the ground, and the sides are pulled down. Pull one side out first and boom.

Looks fresh. You should do a durability follow up video after using it for few weeks!

Very well done. What a great thing for a work truck or an older truck. I hope you do a follow-up after a few months of work use.

Definitely not like line-x at all I know I have line-x on my truck and it’s tuff .
I guess if you want to have the look of a Line-x bed liner it might give you that I say might I’m positive it’s cheaper in price for sure because mine wasn’t cheap but the bed was like new so I wanted to keep it that way.
If you have the money go line -x it’s thicker and more Durable and theses guys been doing it for quite awhile so they’ll know the thickness to put on and it’s some tuff stuff .

So instead of a pair of interruptions on the liner surface, now you have 6 frame mounts slider interruptions, no bed ding protection and a scratchable surface, LOL I would have kept the nearly perfect and practically indestructible liner, fill the two liner interruptions with fiberglass, and epoxy or tack the bed liner edge to the bed.
