So NICE to see you guys back again. Since its hard for me to crab anymore I really enjoy seeing you guys crabs and the locations that you pick. Nice way to spend a Holiday week end the weather looked perfect. Happy Eating CRABS guy.
Good to see u folks back again for 2024. I think its gona be a very good year for crabs being we had such a mild winter, Mr T..nice bluefish & stripers are on the beach up on Island Beach state park right now if u get a chance to hit em
Glad to see you guys back at it! What kind of crabs nets did you buy and where did you get your crab nets? I want to switch out my metal crab traps to save space in the car.
Thank you! Thanks for watching🥰 These traps are usually called “ basket traps” because they turn into a little basket once you pull them up. They collapse flat on the river bed so the crabs can easily get to the bait. You can easily get them from Dick’s Sporting goods, on line or your local bait shops. They cost about $9 to $10 dollars each. I would suggest buying the metal ones. They will last longer compared to the ones made from string. Happy Crabbing🦀!!!
Welcome back!! Nice start to a new season. I’m down in Texas visiting my mom for Mother’s Day but will be back in Nee Jersey soon. Hopefully I’ll have better luck than my last time crabbing.
Thank you! It’s great to be back crabbing🦀. We heard Texas has nice blue crabs too and all year round. Maybe you can try catching some if you’re close to the water. Have a nice holiday😊!
@@thandastones888 I have a lot of fishing videos to edit. Mom's house is on lake Houston. Freshwater, but I did catch a huge, 27" catfish. Was thinking of heading to Brigantine next Saturday. There is good crabbing in Houston, but unfortunately they polluted a lot of the waterways there and it's not recommended to consume the crabs.
@@thandastones888 Went to bridges near Brigantine last Saturday and got 17 keepers. Video is up on my channel if you think its a place you might want to try. Get there early and at a time where the tide starts to come in. There's a few bridges to try near there if that spot is taken.
We went to Tuckerton last week, we only got one crab and got bit by a lot of bugs😆. Looks like the crabs are late this year🦀. Yes, maybe another week or two mas marami na siguro. Have a great crabbing and fishing season!🥰
@@thandastones888 I have to try Tuckerton this summer! Any fish there too? Want to catch some fluke while parents are crabbing 😍 Let’s all have fun doing this activity! Still hoping to meet you one of these days!
@@FishWithMhei Once in a while you might catch flounder and small striped bass in that bay. In July you’ll get lots of snappers. Hope to see you too this season🥰!
Where is this spot exactly , it looks so nice and peaceful, I used to go to Fairhaven pier , but that has become very crowded. Please tell me the name of this spot and how to get there. thank you
There is no exact address. This was behind the Linwood Golf Course at E Poplar road, Linwood. You can ask around for the place called Bridge Out road. Good luck🦀!

Closest place for you ay sa Keyport Waterfront Park, Keyport NJ. Favorite spot namin ay sa Windward Beach Park sa Brick, NJ. If you don’t mind the drive, we suggest sa Windward. Mas maraming crabs doon. Happy crabbing🦀! Good luck!😊🇵🇭
No, you don’t need a license for recreational crabbing in New Jersey. Just make sure you only keep crabs measuring 4.5 inches from tip to tip (spine). You cannot keep female crabs with eggs, and you’re only allowed 1 bushel per day🦀. Good luck and enjoy!
Thank you for sharing the video.

Hi good folks. I wonder if you could help me.
I am looking at scoop nets and would like to know how long your scoop is.
Thank you
Dan
Our scoop net extends up to 12 feet. We’ve had it for years now, it doesn’t rust and not too heavy. We bought it from Dick’s Sporting goods🦀
Thanks so much.I will look for it.
Love your videos
