this is the best system to fly to Japan, I think they will sell a lot of them because unfortunately you can only fly under 100g. I live in Japan I think I'll buy it too. Veri nice drone👍

That was my thinking too, although from what I’ve heard you still need a radio license to be able to fly FPV even under 100g. The Japanese regulations are real confusing though at the moment

Hey pudding, I’m going to Japan very soon and I wanted to get a whoop like this one. However, I recently learned that it’s illegal to send encrypted non analog signal on the 5.8ghz band which is what the o3 does. Did you have any trouble with the law because of this? If not, what did you do to avoid getting in trouble. I just don’t wanna get fined in a different country😅. Thanks!
I did not have any trouble as I stayed away from people and infrastructures as much as possible. I also checked the drone map before taking off. maps.gsi.go.jp/index_m.html#11/35.472973/139.714508/&base=std&ls=std%7Cdid2020&blend=0&disp=11&lcd=did2020&vs=c1g1j0h0k0l0u0t0z0r0s0m0f1 In case you want to be 100% assured, you could go with a 5.8 analog setup and mount a Thumb pro or a 360go for HD footages.

@@damianwyczakowski2491 frankly speaking the Pavo mini, being a 80mm size quad, is a better video platform because of the larger prop size (45mm vs 40mm) and beefier motors (1102 vs 0802). It is a lot more capable in wind resistence and aerobatics than my 75mm DIY quad.
