I love that Larry was chosen as a trainer here. He's so calm, and sort of reluctant in the games - imagining him in an underground, super serious and dangerous ring is really funny

I think it’s funny seeing Larry here, even if he doesn’t know who he is. It was just a funny coincidence cuz Larry is a more reserved calm serious type of dude and seeing him in an underground fight club just so isn’t him lol. Never expected it

@@ransom99901 I do not plan on playing the new games, but thank you for the info dump. The newest Nintendo console I have is my advance SP. the last Pokémon I’ve played was emerald lol! I might play the new ones if I can get whatever console plays them for cheap but I don’t know what console that is 😅

His name is Larry. He's from the Gen 8 games and is the Normal type gym leader and Flying type Elite 4 members
When you are in a pit of trouble, who you call? Amy, the hero!
Personally, the story that would make the most sense to ME is as follows:
The business man has the Machamp. He went out and bought the strongest "fighting" Pokemon he could find. And he's disappointed that a measly little Pikachu is putting up such a good fight. The other gent, trained the Pikachu. He taught him how to use his enemies strengths against them, etc. He also taught Pikachu some older fighting techniques, and hence why they both look like fighters. AS for why Pikachu is holding a crowbar? Maybe he took it off Machamp (a dirty fighter like the businessman)
Edit: Machamp could also be holding 3 weapons, indicating Pikachu disarmed him of one). Dope displays regardless.

I thought the same thing. The businessman has the moolah to buy a well trained Machamp. He's too smart to go in there with a Pikachu.
On the other side the karate guy would never use a obviously overpowered Pokemon like Machamp. He'd train his Pikachu to be unstoppable.

Boy, those color choices for the characters are certainly... something. In this dark and gritty world, we've got Red wearing green, and the blonde Lillie with raven hair.
And then there's Lt. Surge, who looks basically the same, and now I'm convinced that he got sucked into an Ultra Wormhole, ended up in this alternate version of Kanto, and opened up this underground fighting ring. The only reason it's stayed open for so long is because Bruno, still an Elite Four member in this universe, has taken a liking to it, and uses his high influence in the region to keep things running.
Now that would make a good movie !
I Like the sub plot. Im quite sure in the real pokemon universe there are high stakes (edit; lol, I had 'steaks') underground rings that run on Nuzlocke rules. Millions on the table, but there is no Nurse Joy here. Of course the elite four have a finger in the pie, cos "We run this whole damn town, ya'see" (In a drawl that can only be done right with a giant cigar in your mouth)

There are 5 sides on your half of an octagon (8 sides), so technically a decagon (10 sides). Apart from the geometry, though, the finished product is incredible! 👍Pikachu with a crowbar is epic, and the little trail of blood from his nose just makes it perfect!
It would still be an octagon because he cut it with the back perpendicular to the front walls. That would make each front wall technically half a wall or two whole walls with just 3 sides of the octagon out of frame depending on how you look at it

Also, y'couldda wrapped a chain around one of Machamp's fists a few times, haha.

I loved this idea! I'd love to see more of this rugged underground theme maybe something with Magmar and the 3D effects like walking into a dystopian bar would be cool

It's nice to see some recognition for some of the team that were involved.
First off, I have loved this channel for years!!! Imo Jazza's content is no where near as interesting and diversified as it used to be. Don't get me wrong the art that is created is fantastic, but it is on repeat, pokemon, sketching based on description, dioramas, and figurines. I just wish there was more different and unique content like it was before. I still love Jazza!
And split up amounts 3 artistes. Hopefully the other two get a third of the rev for this video. It’s always been all about the clicks for jazza - and algorithm. He became addicted to it and lost the personality of the show. It’s like a me beast art channel catering to little kids attention span.
10:39 before this part I kinda liked the Samsung ad at the back. It would have been hilarious detail to the arena.

OMG! I just bought some Pokemon toys, thinking of doing a photoshoot (and then composite them) into a Pokemon battle scene just today too!
When we were little, I would tell my brother that Pokémon was basically cartoonified dog fighting and he would get so mad 😂 this reminds me of that.

Ok heres an idea, neon genesis evangelion eva unit 00 and 01 (rei and shinji ) battling the diamond angel, when their energy blasts intertwine and landing just behind in an epic blast.
I really like that jazza made the pokemon instead of just buying a figure from a store.

Depends how you cut the octagon. One way you would get 4 sides. Another you would get 5, with two of the sides being half sized.

You should make it so you can swap the Pokémon out for different ones so you can simulate different battles like with incineroar for example or who ever you want to be there in that moment by creating a bigger library of pokémon
