cool
First
Hi
I really hope you're watching your goal pledges come in, it's over halfway funded at 1/2 hour in !!!!!!
Jazza, I'm a new follower and you're one of my favorite art RUclipsrs. You're blowing your goal out of the park. I watched the Kickstarter page and you reached the halfway point in less than 20 minutes. Dude, you're doing it 🎉🎊🖌️🎨 This is incredible.
“As much as I like showing off, I don’t like social interactions”
He is a true artist
like, what a fucking mood tbh 😂
is that why i am like that? XD
Samee
Dam same! 😂
Jazza is the kind of person that can find something he has never done before and then make an absolute masterpiece first try. He is just too good
LITERALLY every time
ignoring the fact he had to go back and try a couple times to figure things out
This is nothing new. Matte paintings in movies used this exact method on glass
Well....
He's a professional
...i think..?
@@Gameboy-2007-ytyes he's a professional artist.
The kickstarter is fully funded! So excited for you Jazza!
It happened so fast! I would definitely go for the packed backing tier if I could afford it, it’s so worth it. I might try and back a really small amount or just wait for the release, but nonetheless, I’m so excited as well!
I was looking this comment!
1:29 Imagine you're just visiting the park with your buddies then seeing Jazza randomly raising a yellow card. 📢 Penalty! 😂
😂
imagine having buddies
6:58 is all the reasons why I gotta keep watching jazza, his excitement for something so simple and small is how everyone should feel about their art ❤
This kind of painting was used in film for quite some time. They used to paint on glass to shape the foreground or the background of the shot. It was kinda like .PNG file placed on top of the footage.
I think this would make a nice follow-up video!
Matte painting
@@LiiMuRi Thanks! I couldn't remember the exact name.
Exactly what I was thinking, he should try old fashioned real matte painting. Would also be interesting to see him add characters to a real background with the same technique, as a fun twist.
@@ropo2467 Agreed! I think it would be fun to watch (and to create).
He could have done it painting on the acrylic he was using as an easel.
I think it would be fun to see you tackle some old-fashioned matte painting on glass like they used to do for movies.
I’d love to see you have another go at this when the conditions are more suitable! It would be cool to see you paint an illusion with the reflection on water maybe? Maybe painting a ghostly figure reflected on the surface of a pond, where when you stand there it looks like your own reflection?
It's wonderful how often I'm reminded of how talented Jazza is. Thanks to him, I've started getting back into art! Thank you Jazza!
Honestly I am almost always impressed by his abilities, however this one didn't quite hit the mark.
He works hard at it, he is a professional
ehh his brother shad's AI art is much better, he's the real artist in the family
I’ve always wanted to try this but I was a bit held back since I’m not nearly as talented but only jazza can truly teach anyone it’s possible
Not nearly as practiced* so gtfo there and practice! If you wanna try something go do it! Just get those real life experience points if you gather enough I promise you'll level up! (I hope this is inspiring and not mean I just want you to know you can do it and it'll be worth it)
Just try! Worst case scenario it's a starting point. Just don't let it discourage you if it doesn't turn out how you wanted
They say it takes 10,000 hours to master something. That's maybe 4-5 years of full time dedication to it. If you think "I can't do it so I'm not even going to try" then you're not going to progress and grow your skills. That's 0 hours toward 10,000
@@SoulDelSoltrying is always worth it, even if it takes years. the time will pass anyways
Jist try kid
i love this type of content, you really see how much work the people put into those clips of their art
he doesn't show how much is put into editing, the editors are the real stars of the video
Jazza out here dabbling and diving into unknown territory again and doing a bloody good job at it! 👌
I've been searching for an art supply bag that's sufficiently large for YEARS and backed a kickstarter for one.. and that one's alright but still not big enough. Maybe this new bag will be what I'm looking for 👀 edit: also a tip, for a good opaque travel paint I recommend gouache! Even when dry you can get amazing color salutation, I love it
Jazzas art bag definitely is the best I have seen, looks like it’s useful on so many levels 😩
Isn't acrylic water based also? I could be wrong since I don't use acrylic but if it is then can't you just reactive it with water
@@yourparalysisdemon1936Technically yes, but you can’t reactivate acrylic with water. Gouache can be deactivated with water, like water color. So even if it dries on the pallet you can still use it by adding water.
Yes! Do try the illusion painting under better conditions!
Those paintings are look so beautiful even if they weren’t made for an illusion
I love when jazz fools around with random stuff, but sometimes I wonder if he's actually good at art. But when he does what he's good at he's a damn good artist.
I’m confused what you mean, if somebody can make good art, then aren’t they..good at art?
@@Okk681 yes, I'm just saying that he doesn't really do what he specializes in (drawing painting etc) all that often. When he does it's impressive.
Would love to see a follow up with this technique :) outdoor lighting does seem really tricky. Perhaps more indoor explorations? I’m thinking of a library, coffee shop, etc?
The last one was really cool when you would jump across from one side to another! Reminds me of a video I saw quite some time ago where this guy would wrap a few feet of plastic around the trunk of a tree and he would paint what you would see if the tree wasn't there. It was crazy looking!
Jazza "Amputates" his head, yet you still hear him scream... Hmmm... xD
Your Kickstarter is going up in 10s of 1000s at a time! Woohooo!
I think you should try doing a larger piece, up to 6x6 inches, it might make it easier to blend and paint rapidly as the size will be a bit bigger :)
This!! Boosting so maybe Jazza sees
I enjoy the switch back to oils. The clouds kept shifting making it seem off but this was still really cool looking. Love to see it jump to underwater if possible
Just checked the Kickstarter and in less than a few hours already met first goal. Yeah for you & your team Jazza
It's so rare and inspiring to see the successes and failures of the process that you choose to keep in your videos. For that I respect you so much more. It should give hope to those that think of giving up at the first hurdle and instead learn and push on.
You are so entertaining that sometimes it can be easy to forget how insanely talented you are! This was so much fun!
I just wanted to tell you that regardless of the results you get from your challenges or from whatever you are making, you are one of my favorite content creators. It’s not about what you are creating for me, it’s more about your delivery. It’s refreshing that I am always able to throw on one of your videos and be entertained. Definitely my emotional support RUclips channel. I hope you never stop doing what you do.
You are by far my absolute favourite content creator! Unapologetically yourself. Thank you for all you do, J.
Wonderful to see how this is done, and the challenges you encountered.
I really love when you make videos like this, It's nice to see you leave in parts where you struggle and just have fun with trying new things. It honestly makes me feel as if making mistakes whilst learning can be fun and silly
Love this video and its idea. And love all the pieces done in this video. And love the final result for the last idea. Good luck with the Kickstarter Jazza.
I love how relaxing your videos are!! Thank you so much 🌞
I love the outside video! More nature inspired arts/videos filmed outdoors like this would be really amazing.
God I love you so much Jazza! 💖💖💖 You're work is amazing 🤍
Yay! I've been watching old Jazza videos all day, at home, sick. This is the best surprise!
Love seeing a classic aussie road be your chosen scene. This was so cool! Have you thought of taking photos of scenery and then adding to the photos either digitally or via paint etc to make them fantasy pictures?!
Absolutely terrific Jazza 👍
Amazing! Love getting out of the studio! It worked amazingly! Also love the more relaxed pace.
This is soo sick well done
Congrats on the bag! It looks great, and I’m so satisfied with the results of this experiment
So cool to see the behind the scenes of this trend! It would be entertaining to see another like this, with a portal painted on the left and right, throw ingredients in one side, and a cake comes out the other!
I never would have predicted to have so many troubles.... the edited timelapse makes it took so smooth!
Very, cool especially love the twist when you add fantasy elements to the challenge
I am so excited for these bags!! ❤
I absolutely love how you added the castle and the dragon at the end, your imagination really inspires me ❤
Your channel is so much fun❤ I love your painting ideas😍👍🏻👍🏻👏🏻
What a lovely space/ So green =) You did a fantastic job, as always=) Love your artist's bag!
This is incredible yes I would love to see another go when the weather is perfect for it 🤩
This video was fun, go Jazza!!
3:23 make this face on the daily. I love watching jazza have a process to things, couldn’t have struggled more but his art always turns out to be a masterpiece 🥹
I've been watching you for years, You are a content creator that has stuck to his ways and I was more than happy to back you! I'm excited that it's fully funded which means i'll get a bag! so keen!
Every social media person is always taught to mention if its an AD, free gifted by that company etc etc etc. It needed te be mentioned on the video and in the description
Very cool! You have way more patience than I will ever have! The bags are awesome!
Jazza, you should try "light painting photography"!! I think your followers would love to see you make that video and it would be really funny I think! Thanks for having such great, lighthearted content. You make me laugh!
His first try was better than any painting I’ve ever done 🥲
Cool as seeing jazza in my hometown!
This is so hard! Have you seen body painter artists dois this IN PEOPLE!? It's incredible!
Love this content! Really wanted to order one of your bags but out of my budget right now. I'm going to start saving for your next product though so please keep them coming!
You really inspired me, Jazza. I'm now brave enough to try my own living room mural.
Adding the castle at the end was genius!! It was like looking into the past
The end result is so awesome!!!
So cool how you Jazza'd up the last painting! 😄This looked sooo difficult! Doing this in a city might be a bit easier if you can back up into a shadowy corner where the wind isn't so ruthless. Also congrats on reaching the treshold for the Carry-all Studio; wáy ahead of scedule 🥳Which is only fair, because I'm exited for one of those to become my new travel bag 🙏 Hopefully in Prussian Blue 🥰
You’re a great artist and I love that you tried this. Even though you didn’t get it perfect I love that you put your own twist on it and made it work for you
To Jazza,
My favorite thing about these videos is that you show us your process: how you just jump into things headlong AND THEN you make a method to the madness 😂… I love it though because it really helps reinforce that anyone is capable of this stuff, but their first attempt definitely won’t be perfect, and even the next two or three attempts may not. From a much less experienced artist who has been watching your content for a few years, thank you Jazza. Keep doing what you’re doing.
Made me laugh out loud. Love your vids. Thanks for the entertainment and the laughs. ❤
I would love to see this again!
that was fun! thanks for posting. will check out the bags too!
Haven't even finished the video yet. I had to check out your bag. It's a beautiful bag. I hope it is successful and you are able to continue selling them after the kickstarter. I'm no artist or creator, but I'm on edge because this would be an excellent gift for an artistic new college student I know. Keep up the good work and thank you for the effort you put into everything you do. 😊
Feeling the positivity in this video :)
THAT!!! Was incredible!
This bag is going to be my first youtube merch purchase!!
thank you jazza for entertaining me for all these years and best of luck for the kickstarter!!
Okay that was really cool!!
Such a cool video ❤ It shows that you have more time for it and don't have to rush things. I like it a lot 😊
I would love to see you take it to the next level with a bigger canvas, keep up the beautiful work!
i've been watching jazza for a solid couple of years. it's crazy to have seen him go from doing just drawing tutorials to kickstarting his own bag and it makes me proud of how far he's come.
then he accidentally eats oil paint...
This is so impressive to me, and I love the new bags!!
The scream when he did the red splotch for when he pretended his head was cut off was so unexpectedly loud :')
Would be awesome if you try matt painting as they use to do in movies before CGI. something like the emerald city in the wizard of Oz or the fight of Vader and Luke in the cloud city.
haha, Jazza adding a dragon. He couldn't help himself! :-D
This was a really fun video. I’d love to see a follow up.
Awesome effect, Jazza..... yeh, nice work here. Looks good :)
Nicely done for having never done it before!! Looks great
This takes me back. I went to this park in Warragul growing up.
That bag actually looks incredible.
Great job! I would love to see more examples blessings.
His giddiness is what makes all of his videos so good
Hey, little tip:
If you are using superclamps to hold a pane of glass, consider using the flat insert in the V shape of the clamp, to even out the pressure on the glass.
I have cracked some larger panes exactly like that before hahah
Absolutely Incredible 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I think its amazing how you can paint under pressure. I could never do that
yes, please try again. This was super cool! 😎👍
It makes me habe so much more respect for the people who make these. Even a great artist like jazza couldn’t do it very well
this is very backhanded
@@dovesraven it is
Really fun to see the process and trying to learn. With just two attempts you made impressive progress, would love to see you continue and see if you can get close to what the really skilled tik-tok artist are managing.
"I have an idea: this is very stupid." I felt that in my core.
A redo In better weather sounds awesome, can’t wait to see what you come up with next time!!
Jazza, You should paint that white van of yours. Would be a sick video!
Congratulations! You have already exceeded your kickstarter goal. 🎉
Hi, just started watching your videos and I am loving your videos so far
Yes, please. Do this again! 👍
I love this trend!
Would be awesome to see you give this a really good go!
Love it. I wonder if a light diffuser sheet above you (between the sun and canvas) would help keep the light on the painting more consistent… doesn’t help the light on the scene but will reduce specular reflecting off the paint.
I like that you stick to something until it's done !!
Classic Aussie weather making your lighting difficult!
“I don’t like social interactions”
This is why jazza is so relatable to me 😂
