Ive noticed that after unlocking sin, there are 2 different loading screens when going to dungeons, the sin icon or the eye (i had a good run when i got the icon of sin so i didn't want to die and after that i mostly got the eye) so maybe it has something to do with that

Tried everything short of a completely new playthrough. Which I'm a bit remiss of doing because the first file has everything else unlocked.
@@relaxedlad821you have to beat the one who waits first. if you have a second controller its easily done after unlocking the temple. also he said how to play as the goat in single player, not how to unlock it
@@c4veman i beat the whole game and still didn't unlock the goat, interacted with the statue and everything. The crown thingy says there's something new but i've already unlocked all fleeces and it doesn't show anything new. It's a bug.

Not how I did it, was playing my post game save and doing a boss fight where i lost and got a cutscene with the goat, unlocking all it's tarot cards and relics (except the co-op centered ones). Then i went to the crown section in my church and unlocked him for 10 sin
Theres also the option to just have it for free as a playable option in the Pilgrim Edition on steamdeck without having to shell out any sin or go into co-op at all (the one drawback about the goat is that you can't have any fleeces on at the goat so you can't rock around in your cowboy fleece and blunderbuss it up)💀
Good thing i have a second controller cuz dying and talking to the statue didnt work for me on the switch. Its kinda sad how bugged this version is tbh even tho I still enjoy it. Even gotta make a new safe if i want to get all the achivements that should had already been unlocked naturally if they had been there since day one.
If you have no way to do that (im on pc and dont have buddies i can pull in when i play) you can die during a crusade and unlock it without ever having to have a second player.
My drum circle has had a big since release where the input farthest to the left doesn't register, so it renders the drum circle...pretty much useless....very sad.
I think it says you can use a controller like what is normally on a console like PlayStation but for the switch I've seen them on amazon but I don't know I've never done it so don't take my word for it
I got him for free? I play on Steam. I have no idea why. I was saving up sin but when I checked the Crown section in the Temple I saw I didn’t have to pay anymore? And when I clicked it did allow me to use it.
With the latest patch they just give you the goat for free since it’s technically a reskin of the normal fleece (it doesn’t give you any buffs or weaknesses like the other fleece)
You can also die on a dungeon run and summon the goat

You can get it when you die after unlocking the sin content
You don't have to do any co op mode, once you die in a crusade after finishing the game the goat will be available as a new fleece
The goat now no longer requires sin to unlock! It just kinda, appears after sometime.
"How to get it in singleplay" proceeds to show you need multiplayer

What no one tells you, is that you actually half to have a completed save file in order to unlock the goat this way.

If I’m right, you go on a killing spree, and then die, you unlock a lot of things, and the and the goat not even put putting on the goat
