Only thing that seems to get him riled up is a contentious woman. That comment, "You've been waiting 5 years to do this, didn't you?" was a feather ruffle. I'm shocked he got a woman attorney.
Controlling men like him get women as attorneys because they think they can control them as well. It's a total power move for them.
Why is the judge yelling so loudly? They're literally a few feet from her & she has a mic. I'm hearing impaired & she is LOUD! It's so annoying I can't even watch her. & then you can't hear the defendant who is mumbling. Sheesh

This streamed trial is awful! Whoever did this should quit.
Notice this man is slow when questioned on details of the day. Then he wakes up and speaks clear and quickly when describing the scene during the shooting. People take more time on questions they are thinking of how to lie on. Rehearsed details are easy to access. I think he’s calculated and taking time to think how he’s being seen when questioned but when it’s time to show the shooting he comes alive.
How many drugs have they given him??

I would never be able to explain an inccident. I had to before and it's fogging as if time stopped and the trauma affected my memory. Our memories are not a video. Past and present can can get mixed up.

I’m so confused…has this guy had psych & competency exams? I’ve worked with enough psych patients to see this guys flat affect & …I’m unsure of the proper terms used today and don’t want to offend anyone, but he is definitely “slow”, didn’t he say he had only an 8th grade education?
I am NOT saying he is in anyway innocent or shouldn’t face punishment. But I think it’s obvious, he doesn’t have “normal” judgement, is easily confused AND confusing to others and the meds he was/is on are amplifying his issues.
I don’t think he’s acting, but…I’m puzzled about so many things…

Edit... That was a disappointing testimony, sounded more like cherry pick leading narrative questioning. Only Answers baggering questions being asked, things that they know already. I can answer half the questions. Why they ask speculating questions, is annoying. what about his testimony when is that happening. If I was a judge I'd be asking what is your testimony. This sounds like a interrogation.

The things his lawyer was doing/saying makes me feel like he has room for a mistrial. For instance, the document with the felonies, she claimed she hadn’t seen it but in fact it was in the discovery, so what else hasn’t she looked at in the discovery? 🤔

@tailor foreman I agree 100% . His attorney is awful! I agree he did it. Just imagine if he was innocent and all the things she ignored and did not bring forward. That would be another innocent man sitting in prison. She needs to be fired !
