- More details about the Amber Heard supporter who was banned from the courtroom last week have emerged. Eve Barlow is accused of misrepresenting information she provided to Heard's lawyers. Prior to Barlow being banned from the trial, Georgina Deuters was dismissed from the stand and had her testimony struck from the record for reportedly watching clips of the trial online. @Maria Baja the "music journalist"/ girlfriend Eve Barlow lied about being a part of the legal team, and then when she was leaving she actually winked at Heard's lawyer. It was absolutely intentional and that it why she showed a cropped photo instead of the actual post.

The judge is being ‘very’ ungenerous where JD is concerned, don’t u think?? All the objections that arise I know I often want to know the answers to, and objections keep getting ‘sustained’ esp with ‘No Foundation’….. the business about Heard wearing make up was ridiculous - an ARTIST KNOWS if someone has make up ON or not!! The repeated questioning seemed convoluted and designed to confuse JD’s artist friend who lived in close apartment….

It's a miracle that she's even still alive (or a tragedy, whichever you prefer the most); Her criminal records even show that she has a violent past and has been imposing and dictating people including her very own bloody family. And on top of that she was of course also caught tampering with an older Instagram post made by Georgina Deuters in regards to a different trial altogether a year or so prior to said in hopes to use it against Johnny Depp even though it wasn't even relevant to the case. I mean we have live evidence that team AH broke the rules in court and yet the trial still goes on. We have evidence that Johnny never laid a hand on Amber Heard, that her 911 calls was faked upon, that she was the abusive one, that she lied under oath, and that she is incapable of taking care of herself or others for that matter. Conversely, however we also have evidence that Johnny has never said anything but the truth, that he remained professional while she failed to, and that he has always been a good father, husband, and otherwise loved one to those around him. For starters his best friend (Isaac Baruch) lives rent free in one of his penthouses, he ordered that the seven million dollar settlement should go to the Children's Hospital in LA to help cure cancer (money that Amber Heard stole and never returned, might I add) he even paid for Amber Heard's caretaker because Amber treated her like garbage (spit in her face, started physical fights, refused to pay her) and on top of that Johnny also gave Amber Heard's family permission to take his Dodge Challenger for rides. The man has a heart of gold if you ask me, and while it is true that he too has been influenced by drugs in the past, it was never to the same extent as her, and it was mainly caused BY her.

It would be rather difficult to be carrying a video as a person is beating you! But Johnny never hit her. She chose to smear him, because he would not add he to his will. So, if she would not get very rich, she wanted to destroy his career. But she got very rich! She stole the $35 million with the help of Johnny's former business manager. This is why Heard needs to be brought back in court to account for that money.

Yes, I've worked throughout my life for lawyers, the Police, courts, but never seen such shoddy 'representation' by any lawyer. The level to which they've been prepared to stoop here is in my view, alarming.
Aussie here. I remember when they came to Australia with HER dogs without quarantining them for 10 days to bypass our laws (which is illegal here). Johnny had to defend her action after she was charged for smuggling her pets on his private jet and producing a fake document. So even in 2015 she was a big fking liar. Normal people would go to jail for lying and breaching bio security laws here, but not Amber, because she had lawyers and Johnny to protect her entitled self. Why does Australia have such strict bio security laws? Because Australia is trying to keep out canine diseases, such as the bacterial infection leptospirosis and rabies. We *don't* have canine rabies here and want to keep it that way, and breaches like Amber's could put humans and other dogs here at risk! She's a selfish, entitled, immature b*tch. Hope she loses this court case and stops getting acting gigs!

The fact Johnny lost the UK trial really shows how horrible our first world “justice” systems.
It's no longer a justice system, it's now a "legal system" and can sometimes be manipulated by the monetary system...
Our judge was paid by the sun
Amber lied about having donated her entire 7 million dollar divorce settlement and that heavily influenced the judges ruling. He was even quoted in his judgement saying “donating your entire 7 million divorce settlement, is not the actions of a gold digger”. He didn’t even check to see if she indeed had donated her divorce settlement. The judge didn’t even let Johnny bring in evidence to support his case and that proved she never donated anything! She’s being investigated for perjury now in the UK for that exact statement. However I doubt the judge will do anything about it. Her being investigated for perjury would open his judgement to an investigation and would show how careless his ruling was. He refused to recuse himself from the case even though he had connections to the Sun newspaper that was being sued. That judge is probably going to try and sweep this inconsistency under the rug and block any prosecution for perjury for Amber since it would look bad on his court ruling.

It shows that testimony is believed, that if there are not fact checkers on everything liars say then bad judgements will continue to happen.

So AH girlfriend/journalist? Photoshopped a date on a twitter post of one of JD’s witnesses and gave it to her lawyers. Presented the evidence as factual without any back checking in the guise she would admit to following the case online during the trial. She got a witness dismissed by falsifying evidence. There could be serious repercussions to the lawyers after this is all said and done.

She could have inquired into the date sure, but lawyers and members of their team are allowed phones, so if one of the legal team people found it, then it's fair game to have that phone and present it. The problem is that no one inquired about the date which almost always is fact checked against, to prevent such failures in court.

The initial image was presented cropped, so from there she directly asked the witness about seeing any clips of the trial, which led to the events Thursday, Fridays hearing which was not televised was when they presented the full image to the judge and the request to remove Ms. Barlowe from the court.
The judge had to act accordingly and swiftly with information presented, that is the misrepresentation apart from not following the rules of the courtroom. By that time it is already to late the witness already admitted under oath to watching testimony, which wouldn't not have been prompted without Eve Barlowe giving that posting from a year ago, to the lawyer in court, as if it was recent.

Watching this now, how were Mr Tremaine and Mr Night allowed to testify when they came in after watching the trial to correct some of the things involving them?
Had they not been watching, they wouldn't have know that TMZ and Hicksville were mentioned, right? And Me Tremaine admitted to watching the trial hence that was how he knew what was happening and volunteered to testify. A little bit confused here now.

I am disappointed in the quality of Amber’s lawyer’s trial objections. As a practicing lawyer, I know and understand the rules of evidence and the proper way to make objections. Her lawyer needs to be asked by the Judge, repeatedly, what is your LEGAL objection. The phrase “I object…” without more, only works in Hollywood.

So, I know court cases are rarely cut and dry, but ...we have recordings of Amber admitting to "hitting him" verbatim, we have repeated cases where people on "her side" are caught acting outside the law or twisting and manipulating evidence, and somehow this is still something to settle and she still is trying to come out on top. Seems like anyone with a shred of objectivity and who can see the patterns will note who is clearly the more credible party.

This is another example of how that saying “ walk a mile in my shoes and then judge me” really applies. You never know what’s going on in someones life if you’re not a part of it. I wish there were stiffer penalties for false accusers in any scenario.

Supposedly she had a falling out with her “best friend” Rocky and the makeup artist who says she saw bruises (the hair stylist says she didn’t see anything the same day makeup artist did And they were both getting her ready for the Late Late show). Because so few people saw the alleged injuries and they are so biased, I think they are pretending they had a falling out to make the testimony look less biased and more believable.

She's been tossed out permanently. Eve Barlow is not a witness in this case. If she was on the witness list, she would not have been permitted to sit in the courtroom. The reason you only see JD's witnesses is because the plaintiff calls all of their witnesses first.

The judge just dismissed this testimony and stricken the testimony. The judge was annoyed but decorum must be upheld in the court of law.

It must be nearly impossible to avoid seeing a news clip though, this is why she said she'd seen some clips. It's not the same as 'watching the trial', it was accidentally stumbled across. But Gina Deuters was unsure what the issue could even be, why she was being sternly asked such a thing, and was completely honest, and because of the damning lies of Eve Barlow, she got kicked out.
Ben Chew saying she was properly excluded is because strictly defined she did in fact see a clip, but I would suggest none of the witnesses from either side have avoided it 100%, the most they could do is quickly turn it off, change sites, or not use their computers at all for six weeks.
He said she was properly excluded because _technically_ she was, but if that was the standard there'd be no witnesses at all.

The more days that pass of this case the more obscure it becomes, the more apparent it becomes that Ms Heard and her entourage are corrupt and the more questionable this whole incident becomes.
Amber Heards Girlfriend left out the date of a social media post that was made January 8th 2021. This is how they were able to get the judge to ask theses questions. They made it look like the post that was made during trial but that wasn’t the case. The defense team has lied and used information that they didn’t verify.
True. And why would a judge allow “evidence” on a cell phone that is not even allowed during a trial, and was something she was not even completely sure about to be the deciding factor to kick that poor girl out!? She decided in two seconds. Should of asked more questions. 😒
The defense team knew it was an old post. It was a classic trick. Ofcourse they knew the date. They got the witness dismissed at the get go, was what they were after. The judge got rid of Barlow, she was the scapegoat. Look over there... Classic Amber.

Thank you for giving a fair viewing of this trial. Other's should take notice. Amber and her crew play dirty. The judge should get used to watching them closer. That lawyer took Barlow's phone so he knew exactly what she was doing.

They used a dirty trick of using old clip to get the witness to admit she watched clips of this trial and that's dirty lawyering!! Let me tell ya lawyers were already all over the social media accounts of all witness prior to trial and they used this pseudo-journalist as a pawn to dismiss a witness. They all had a role! I hate dirty lawyers. That's Amber's team for you. Honestly, the judge should've been harsher for playing her and it also shows the inexperience level of the judge because a seasoned judge would have caught that fast! Fairfax County Court is a shiatshow comparing to Socal, NY & DC!

Hopefully the Judge will revisit Mrs. Deuters testimony and have her testimony reintroduced and accepted for Johnny Depp.
At the very least, I feel like her deposition should be able to be used like they're using the depositions of their doctors.
