I wish traditional game developers like Capcom would really get up to date with development dlc style like OW and Fortnite do. Collab costumes to grind or buy is the way to go to keep players chasing something.
If every game did what OW or Fortnite does, that means a battle pass …. I’ll pass on that. I rather they include more UNLOCKABLE cosmetics and skins as opposed to everything being a cash crab
@@YunisRajab because past games or even recent games like MK11 (which isnt even a good game) had no problem doing that. it gives the casual players a reason to actually grind for something in the game as opposed to everything being online or based around micro transactions
I can't wait for these costumes to be released, if it were up to me to choose I would want Ryu's shirtless and bearded costume with bandages on his hands like in sf5, Ken's costume from sf5, and Akuma's hooded costume in sf4. But if they don't show up it doesn't matter, what matters is that they make cool costumes. It's been so long since we should have had 6 costumes in this game, if Capcom didn't just focus on content for avatars, which honestly almost nobody cares about.
I'd love to see what the 4th costume for Jamie would look like because it would possibly be a Viewtiful Joe costume, or more likely something unique and fun. (Also we desperately need a remake or remaster for the Viewtiful Joe games)
I heard the SF6 costumes are taking a lot of time not only because of the battle hub customization items, but also because they're fully animated this time around, so they have to make extra animations for them for every move and super. I think the predictions are that costume 4 will drop somewhere around Mai's release.
I’m starting to believe that the reason why there has been a drought for SF6 post launch content is because Capcom is prioritizing Monster Hunter Wilds so SF6 got put on the back burner and decent chunk of the team is working on Monster Hunter
@@cooscotx I honestly think its because of avatar costumes and world tour. I genuinely cant think of any other reason why its taking this long, especially if you can download high quality modded outfits WITH PHYSICS for free (usually takes modders less than a week)
I really wish they were making more out of the retro games nominally available in the menu. The functionality is there but with no way of filling it with games (or at least no way that is apparent to me). How cool would it be to have access to Alpha or sfII turbo with online and rollback without having to go to the battle hub and hope the game you want is there this week, or run around the world tour to find cabs?
I hate seeing this comment on Twitter so much, I feel it's easy to see what's going on. 1) capcom is treating the main cast outfits way more seriously and with an overall vibe and vision in mind. I don't think they want to litter the main cast with goofy costumes costumes and would rather leave that to the avatars. We got a crap ton of costumes during sfv because they needed the money and I believe that work was outsourced. 2.) If capcom is following a pattern, there won't be outfit 4 until all the season 2 characters are released, that way season 2 characters will get their outfit 3 at the same time. I think capcom with this game wants all the content for the main cast divided evenly unlike sfv.
I'm never going to spend money on these costumes unless they make a cheap bundle but it's dope to see them in pro play. I'm tired of seeing the same stuff
@@notimeforcreativenamesjust3034 Don't know if you've notice but the avatar costumes look like complete ass. They clearly take was less time, resources and money to churn out
Monthly Avatar cosmetics negates this point. They are simply not interested in doing what would create good will with the customer, they are in it for the money and aren't shy about that fact.
@cooscotx low key I think they'll download all the cool tech from Monster Hunter into Street Fighter. We already got the character creator and world tour. So I think we'll win in the end.
I dont really want stupid costumes in SF6, no need for it tbh. It has nothing to do with their character snd tbh just a money grab cosmetic, i think leaving it out is just fine.
YO LETS GO COOSCO! THIS GUY IS THE BEST TO EVER DO IT!

Yeah Capcom’s approach is pretty half assed with their fight passes

I think it's fair to get costume 4 for everyone. Afterwards they could release 1-2 per month
Modders won the war 😂
I haven’t bought any costumes purely cause of the scummy Micro trans practice
lets talk about how M.Bison still only has 2 costumes.... but yea we need new ones asap!
The dlc characters get their 3rd costume when the last character of that season releases, that's how season 1 went anyway
Hey thats me 🙂 thanks

Bro even just some more colors atleast like
Talbain is the only costume I am getting for my avatar in this game.
A pimp named Slick-back JP costume 4 when????
I’m glad you said the whole name like “A Tribe Called Quest” 🤣
I’m hollering 💀
I would fucking die if they had some shit like that
Fuck it, Uncle Ruckus Gief
@@GankinMadeEz BROOOOOO YES
I need this
CHUN LI
would be better a season pass just for customes.
What if we got more costumes than ever before? but only for your avatar
Cancel all avatar costumes. Give me some Ghost Trick skins. (Seriously wishing we had more of anything...)
blanka costume 4 can't come soon enough
Said no one ever
Blanka needs nothing more than Blanka-Chan :P
The issue is that the character costumes take a lot of time & money to make, so obviously we won’t be getting nearly as many.
But they can make avatar costumes monthly? Atheist give use character costumes every 3 months

We dont need costume 4 until Elena comes out. Fuck all the joke costumes like eggplant Dan and Megaman Ryu tho
