My wifes 2008 ford escape hybrid has well over 387,925 miles and has 0 issues!!! No burning oil no leaking oil no transmission issues and no mechanical issues. It runs like a top and being a mechanic i loved it so much that i actually found a 2008 escape 4x4 hybrid for my daily driving and it has 169,539 miles and runs great...if ya find one without the inner rear fender/shock tower rust then get it!! These are highly desirable and versatile suv's well worth their weight in gold!!!

Will that escape hybrid still drive if the hybrid battery is bad? Basically strictly off the gas motor side?

These would have originally came with a navigation system, which also acted as a hybrid monitor.
