Haha thank you 🙂 he is such a teddy bear cat, always has to be the centre of attention and he's happiest when he's cuddled.

Beautiful video! The Hoya flowers are so pretty! And I love the colors of the linen for your next quilt. The rolls looks so savory and delicious. I want to try making some. The greenhouse is an excellent addition to the allotment. Everything is looking so healthy there! My peas didn't grow well this year, but my potatoes are doing great. I hope it warms up there soon. Thanks for another peaceful video!

Thank you Corinne! I'm so glad to have a little bit of covered space now, it really helps with getting seeds started, extending the season both in spring and autumn, and with unpredictable summer weather. If it was a tiny bit bigger I'd go sit in there on rainy days... Perhaps I could still squeeze a little chair in the centre without squishing my plants! I had to resow my peas this year, the first lot all got attacked by flea beetles I think. I hope market day went well for you this week and that all is well on Mossflower!

Hi Stéphanie, love the hoya flowers.
It's going to be a tough growing season but everything looks good at your plot.

Thanks Ady. Yeah it's raining *again* here today, and still too cold for my liking. I'm still hoping for July and August sunshine!

We had to heat the stove until the beginning of June, I don't think that this ever happened before since we live here! I hope you soon get warmer weather and some welcome sun! So nice that your Hoya is blooming! It is so special! I also love linen so much! Yesterday I made also a little sewing project, I made a little cloud pillow with terry cloth which is also a fabric that I love! Sunny also cuddled up on my clothes

Oh terry cloth will make a lovely pillow, it's a great tactile fabric. I didn't realise the cold weather extended to mainland Europe too, it's been a year of extremes with the rain and wind and now the cold. This morning the wind is blowing from the south so it's warmer, but it's also raining very hard. That said I have a soft spot for the sound of rain on the road outside. It helps dull the sounds of the city. I think animals find comfort in scent, one of my cat's favourite places to hide is one of those blue storage boxes that contains Ed's out of season cycling and running clothes! It's sweet that Sunny was the same way. Yes, it is a sieve! Also sometimes called a 'riddle', we have a little circular one and although it's extra work, the finished compost is beautiful to spread and work with. I love that you're a compost nerd too! 🙂

@@EighteenandCloudy Yes, I understand our pets, I also find comfort in scents. When I was a child and my mother was away, I was crawling in her bed to smell her. And I use all kinds of scents to calm myself down in the daily life. Compost is a science in itself! I love the thought of how smart everything is worked out in nature. How it's a full completed circle. Hope you have gentle days ahead!
