Hi Neethu, എങ്ങനെ നന്ദി പറയണമെന്ന് എനിക്കറിയില്ല , ആദ്യമായ് അമ്മയായ എനിക്ക് കുഞ്ഞിന് എങ്ങനെ പാല്‌ കൊടുക്കണമെന്ന് ഒരു പിടിയുമില്ലാരുന്നു, pregnant ആയപ്പോൾ നമ്മൾ food ന്റെ കാര്യവും ആരോഗ്യവും ഒക്കെ നോക്കി പക്ഷേ breastfeeding നെ കുറിച്ച് ചിന്തിച്ചതേയില്ല , വളരെ easy ആണെന്ന് കരുതി , പക്ഷേ cracked nipple കാരണം feeding ഒരു പേടിസ്വപ്നം ആയി , ഡോക്ടർ പറഞ്ഞതും ബന്ധുക്കളുടെ pressure ഉം കൂടി ആയപ്പോൾ formula കൊടുക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങി ,കരഞ്ഞു കൊണ്ടാണ് ഞാനത് കൊടുത്തത് ,അങ്ങനെ ഒന്ന് രണ്ടു pack ആയപ്പോൾ പെട്ടെന്ന് ഞാൻ തന്നെ തീരുമാനിച്ചു കുഞ്ഞു എത്ര കരഞ്ഞാലും അവളെ breastfeed തന്നെ ചെയ്യിപ്പിക്കണമെന്നു അങ്ങനെ videos കണ്ടപ്പോഴാണ് നീതുന്റെ proper latching നെ പറ്റിയുള്ള video കണ്ടത് , try ചെയ്തു ആദ്യമൊന്നും നടന്നില്ല പക്ഷേ പിന്നീട് ശരിയായി ഇപ്പൊ ഞാൻ exclusively breastfeed ചെയ്യുന്നു ,ഞാനും കുഞ്ഞും happy😊😅 u r the reason for my happy motherhood ❤❤❤ thanks a ton😘😍
