Yes. It will affect your supply. You should stop the bottle and use other methods and bring back the baby to breast.

Wt is less. Check the latch and pump every two hourly even if you don't see any milk. Start medication. Formula requirement can be confirmed only if I can get more information to rule out low milk production. If you are not planning to consult me.
