The counter shaft snapped in two so I stripped it down...... after a couple months all the parts arrived...... it's sad to say I forgot how the kick spring had gone in. Bloody first step had me stumped until I had seen your clip.....and yes it dose look like a 70cc
Hi all just a question I have a manual engine with a starter anyway the starter has failed and I've ripped all the electric out so can't be bothered to fix it any way the left side of the pitbike engine case has a starter mount there and it is blocking the carburettor air filter from going on I was thinking could I get a left side of a pitbike engine and put it on with kick start flywheel and stator plate so the starter mount won't be there in asking as I can't be asked to buy another new engine as this engine is in good condition my engine case is 156 FMI on the left side can I swap the left side with another 125cc left engine side without the fat starter mount on top
I have a 113cc unbranded Lifan clone. 54mm bore and 49.5mm stroke. It has the 1 down and 3 up semi-automatic transmission. Can I replace the gear shafts with replacement parts for a 4 up semi-automatic transmission by just dropping it in, or are there other modifications to be made?
Man I wish this guy would check his youtube messages and answer peoples questions cuz I want to know the exact same thing where he gets his parts. He makes good videos but isn't so good at the communication lol
I have a bike with this engine. And when I try to kick her over in neutral the kick start just drops like its not engaging, I can cycle through all the gears and when I kick her in gear on the workstand it engages and the back wheel spins. The clutch is fine and everything else seems A ok. Do you have any ideas for a fix before I split the bottom end. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated 🤷♂️

Yeah this video pretty much blows ass as far as knowing what washers go where. When I split my case the gears and washers kind of went everywhere and fell out. This video is basically useless for those reasons.

How impossible would it be to take the gears from a xr100 bottom end and swap them into a pit bike engine so i have 5 gears?

The entire engine must be disassembled to get to the kickstart shaft.

@@dillonpersaud piston is seized or hitting the valves because bad timing. In this case valves will be bend (probably).
