That brassy clutch washer you hold in your hand at 4:46, you must bend one of those 7 legs into the grove on the backnut ( once backnut is tightened). Otherwise it's gonna fall apart. It might take some time, but it will.

Hello, I want to know if a 110cc cylinder is compatible in a 90cc kazuma engine To increase power

Hey man do you how big of a big bore kit I can go on a no names 110cc engine?
Is this engine a fully auto or semi auto as I have a 90cc fully auto 4 stroke engine in my pit bike and I want to know what the clutch is.. if you can help thanks if not great video ! Have a good day!

Hey man I got a question if u could help me out what's the thing next to the bolt for the oil. I believe it's for the Cam but only two bottom bolts and ones for the oil and the other one has the part I need information on and help please and thak u

That is weird? I have never seen a pit bike with a reverse idler gear before. Are you sure that is not a 110cc atv engine???
what inspired the bottom end rebuild? can’t get my pit to start and im contemplating doing the same thing
My engine was hard to turn over if u watch the tear down video on the channel u will see all the bearings was no good did yours just stop starting of was did it just get harder and harder to start
Hey man nice video! At 6:57 you install the arm What’s it called? I have mine apart (again). I replaced a kick starter shaft and got it all back together and running but it sounds like bearings clicking together all the way thru the gears. So took back apart and removed the arm and now it only clicks in neutral but once I shift into a gear noise goes away completely. 😂😂 very weird but any light you can shine would be awesome
Clutch adjuster maybe that’s what the arm thing is for
Transmission gear at 1:10 looks installed upside-down. The raised center part of the gear needs to ride on the center of the bearing.

great video and informative i have a question i bought a used Baja dr90 that doesnt start after verifying the obvious other things to check and coming back good, i found out that the woodruff key was shattered including the crankshaft key slot and the flywheel slot. Everyone is telling me to NOT waste my time buying a new crankshaft and flywheel but im stuck on what to do i cant afford a new engine and buying used engine is also risky what would you recommend thank you
If you want to get the new parts and repair it if that’s some thing u can do then I would myself but up to you hope you sort some thing out 🤟
@@ScottsShed I could do the repair, plus I need to learn how to fix a bike engine anyways since this is my first bike. It’s just a bummer when 95% of people say just buy a new engine……ok then I’ll be handing out my donation jar around lol

I've got a 125cc atv here semi auto with forward and reverse gear. Problem is it'll only go into reverse and neutral. The clutch plates are all worn away, do you think that would be the reason it wont go into forward drive? And if I bought a full new clutch basket with clutch plates init that would sort it or do you think the gears cogs could be knackered also. Thanks
i have similar problem but here it doesn't want to go in reverse N and 1,2,3rd gear works just fine, any1 know where to look for the issue ?

Wonder if yer can help if possible iv stripped my 125 yx engine gear lever and kick keep jamming it was taken apart to change engine seals as I flooded it with oil the engine is new maybe 2 hours run if that iv taken the engine apart 7 times everything seems fine until I give it a kick and try to go threw the gears there’s only 1 gear after engine is out back together I have 1 washer about 3 mil thick left I can’t remember where it came from and your video doesn’t show the same parts as my engine any help is appreciated
If you remove the clutch cover can u turn the clutch by hand ?
@@ScottsShed it did at 1 point I’ll have to take engine apart again as iv not long got last bolt in …. ( I think ) as I’m left with a washer about 3 mil thick and 1 screw with a washer but the screw could have been dropped from another engine
@@ScottsShed I can turn it 1 way clock wise it’s giving a clicking noise
@@johncarroll9205 some thing is binding up as u take parts off try turning the engin each time then mite be able to find the problem are you from the uk ?
@@ScottsShed yea from Scotland it’s like my gear cluster jams iv got ma clutch off and the cog behind the clutch … the arm inside engine that’s attached to gear lever seems to be disengaging itself

@@ScottsShed thanks. I accidently unsrewed it and thought that was the oil drain plug 😅 i just put it back, hopefully my bike wont brake😂

Not really bad but would make sure it’s correct
