This is so interesting!! Because in the uk and America, you tend to eat more sweeter things but smaller portions that’s probably to give the boost of energy but because it’s sugar energy you’ll get hungry quick which is where lunches came about then to finish the day off you’ll eat a hearty meal. But if I look at Japanese breakfasts then it really isn’t much different compared to lunch and dinner!! It’s so weird how every country eats different things!!
You gotta have cheese on you beans and jacket potatoe. Nothing wrong with a side salad with the jacket thou.
She doesn't eat cheese though, she's dairy free from what I know, she only eats the vegan varieties
@@somberone8259 Yeah your right never thought of that.
living for the vids, getting me through quarantine. What. A. Queen.
Kinda like being early these past few days xx
Hi! Here in Austria the main meal are usually breakfast and lunch... suppers are most of the time small meals and lighter meals ;) Had to giggle at your "...how the supper is usually the main meal..." comment ;) You could do a video "Eating around the world" kind of type... so 1 day typical Austrian (NOT German - they can be very different), one day typical Indian... next day American and so on ;) That would be a cool video to watch :)
8:30 i always have breakfast meals for dinner
back again with the absolute best content !! grace, you never bore me at all - so entertaining. keep it up 💖💙
How did it effect your energy levels though? I get quite tired after a big meal.. Although I lived in Russia for a year and we'd always had whatever we had for dinner at 5am 😃 loved it by the end
