Please everyone remember when watching these videos that EVERY SINGLE PERSON is different, every body is different, everyone needs different amounts and types of food to be satisfied and happy, so PLEASE do not compare yourself to anyone online, including your favourite RUclipsr, ever. All of this food looked amazing, but I know personally it would never be enough for me, and that’s okay!! I can still appreciate the deliciousness, find meal inspiration, and be happy for Grace that she is living her best life ❤️❤️

Enough for you?? Dear Jesus how much do you eat? She eats like a teenager boy that plays football or baseball fulltime. Way too many processed crap and snacks.
I think I eat a reasonable amount but I'm 5 foot 10 and diets depend on the amount of activity you do. Also everyone has different requirements it's not as easy as one type of diet fits everyone.
I’m so glad Grace didn’t feel like she had to have a “clean eating day” the day after she was eating out with her friend. Instead she was like “gotta keep the good food moments going”. Such a good mix of “healthy” home cooking and eating out and snacks.
As someone who has struggled with food all my life , I just want to say that your healthy relationship with food is soo refreshing ❤
I love that you called a day of eating a lot, a “good food” day. People would often instantly say it’s a ‘bad’ day due to the high calories. So, go you!!!

Every time you mention flap jacks I have to remember that you aren’t making pancakes! Here in the Southern states we call pancakes flap jacks. Especially when they are made with buttermilk.

It’s just an everything bagel. Lol. The everything but the bagel is seasoning based off of the bagel. The bagel variety came before the seasoning.

Love sitting down for my lunch at home with you on the other end! Feels like eating with a friend :) (Had a croissant with 2 eggs lovely runny middle, some salad and some camambert cheese, a hot coffee and an oreo creme egg as my sweet treat with the rest of my coffee bc I love the contrast of bitter and sweet!) It FULLY hit the spot x

For anyone wondering Maltesers and Whoppers (American) are very similar but I personally think (from memory can't eat them anymore) that Maltesers have a richer/deeper taste of malt flavour.
Oh gosh, Whoppers have such a bad, artificial taste to me. And I don’t feel bad saying that as an American, ha ha. But I LOVE Maltesers.
we have maltesers in Canada as well, they're so good!! We share a lot of the same candy bars actually!

Kinda savoury but they're not, not super sweet, yet they are. Grace for food critique of the year! Made me laugh.
not that you need it,,, but here is how i make rice in case it is helpful lol
(in a porcelain dish with a lid or something like that)
1 1/2 cups of rice (rinse with water)
2 1/4 cups of water
microwave with the lid on for 4 minutes on high and then 15 minutes on regular (usually the default microwave setting is high)
hope this is helpful to anyone :)

GRACE you need to try making some of alison roman’s recipes. so simple and easy but so good. you should test her dilly bean stew out :)
I find it a lot easier to cut the avocado in the skin really thinly (just cupping the avocado in my hand) and then scoop it out and fan it (or shape it into a rose or whatever).

The skin on baked potatoes is the best! I am currently suffering from a double tooth root infection and have a bad cavity, so am on an exclusively soft diet after having had a few days on bland food due to a stomach bug. I am on antibiotics and am in serious pain. I want to eat nice food, so am living vicariously through you!
