My parents are from himachal..and i was born in himachal..but brought up in punjab although i am a hindu...and punjab is not only about shikhs..you will get to see a lot of various culture here...and i am proud that i live in punjab (although i am not so good in speaking punjabi fluently and in punjabi accent😅) but punjabis are the coolest and most amazing and welcoming people...they love you no matter who you are and from where you are..

🍏🍏🍏Brother, delhi was a part of punjab before 1947, delhi was a proper punjabi area. U can see arora families(i.e khanna, makkar, chawla, wadhwa) in delhi. But now i think it became a mixture of all states people.
No brother delhi was just invaded by maharaja ranjit singh during his rule . Delhi falls in Ganges yamuna region not in punjab region. And those aroras khatri you were talking about are refugees from west punjab not native people of city.

Not all of us drink alchohol. 3. We dont fight just because we r punjabis but most of us will jump in to help if we see injustice happening. 4. We dont wear fake rados and show it off... thats ur delhi walle fake punjabis, we wear real things, be it 500rs or 50000 and dont care much for showing it off. 6.
