- Originally found at a thrift store in Oregon, these sets of films are some of the oldest I have digitized. Not sure all of this footage is from 1943 and there is a car spotted from the late 40's early 50's in one of the films. Most boxes had the developers stamp with the date 1943 but some didn't have a date. There are 7 short films in total combined into this 16min video. The subject matter changes throughout. Here is a breakdown of the scenes and subject matter.

10:28 - Scene of college kids throwing someone into pond
10:56 - Scene of multiple boys trying to drag individuals over train tracks. Looks like initiations
11:17 - Large crowd of college kids walking towards camera. Mysterious old man
11:33 - Crowds gather at edge of pool. Throwing individual into pool. All smiles
12:08 - Scenes of some sort of challenge with fire hoses
12:41 - View of large powerhouse in background. Possibly Washington University
13:53 - Man with binoculars in front of camera. Women looking on
14:10 - Driving scenes
14:44 - Scenes of a Woman walking out of storefront, out of house, on street
15:02 - Gentleman carrying tennis equipment. Scenes of woman playing tennis
There are 2 different addresses on the Kodak boxes. Most are the same but 2 of them reference a place called Jennings Lodge in Oregon. The others are in Seattle, Washington near Washington University
