I own Cedrat Boise and I really enjoy it and have received compliments wearing it. You have to let it settle though but after 15 min, it's a gorgeous scent and leaves a beautiful scent trail. I also agree that the scent is nothing like Creed Aventus, not even close. Cedrat Boise is a beauty of its own. Shout out from Costa Rica 🤙🏽

Mancera is one of the most recognisable perfume brands. Not everyone is wearing them but the thing about them is that they are different. They are strong and maybe too strong with the opening. But the drydowns are amazing. Could easily become a signature scent for somebody who has a nose for those things. Before buying my first mancera I loved fragrances like Eros, Sauvage and YsL Y which are completely different from Mancera Aoud line. But after buying a bottle of this I bought 2 more and the longevity and the silage of it are out of this world. Recently I bought Cedrat Boise but the drydown and the longevity were not for me. Great videos and thumbs up for both of you and mancera.
Nobody talks about Silver Blue for some reason. I dig that one. Nobody wears it and while many say it's 'not a blue fragrance', it's fresh enough, imo, to wear all the time, if you know how it behaves/performs on your skin and know how to dial in your sprays.

@@kinglanky2424 I personally don't feel it does, but I guess I can see the comparison. To me I get the notes that make it fresh and I get the caramel, but it doesn't necessarily smell gourmand. It's a 'heavier' fresh scent, but not a heavy fragrance. Hard to describe. Unique and to me, well worth the purchase. I ended up getting the screw on top with non pressurized atomizer in the mail, and I don't care those, personally, but they get the job done just fine. The new magnetic caps and pressurized atomizers are where it's at, IMO.

Aoud Blue Notes and Aoud Lemon Mint had the same weird almost fuzzy fabric softener vibe that I didn’t like. My favorites are Red Tobacco, Cedrat Boise, Instant Crush, and Soleil d’Italie
I have a few Manceras, I've found that they are much better on skin and smell better in the air than up close. I enjoy the house and my favourite would be between Instant Crush and Black Gold.
I have Holidays, Aoud Lenon Mint, Instant Crush and Cedrat and I agree they seem to be more about the Sillage than to dig your nose into! ALM and Instant are sillage beasts!

Not to be all nitpickie, but you two spray way too close to the tester strip and that's why it's smells so strong on the strip. Especially with a strong house like Mancera.
blue notes is a challenging scent for me , i think Manceras are pretty strong & smell better wen you smell some one passing by projecting then smelling right up to youre nose because of the strength
Manceras have to dry down thats the REAL MAGIC,the openings can be overpowering ( Red Tobacco😭)tho but Cedrat Boise is outstanding ,in the summer and Aoud Lemon Mint has garnered me so many compliments in the Spring..a different green lemony( no mint tho) almondy incense monster..

Some heavy hitters by mancera. Might be challenging to smell so many at once. RT on paper would kill my sniffer. All of these are better in the air anyway. Cedrat Boise would be a winner with RT, IC and ALM close behind. Still great video guys 👍

For starters, know about the fragrance house in terms of what they're known for if ur going to review their fragrances, Mancera & Montale fragrances are known for their potency, so there was no need to spray those tester strips more than once, perhaps that's why u guys kept stinging her nose with the amount of sprays & getting such low scores on these fragrances, then learn the pronunciation of a fragrance, it's KumkatWood not Kumquat Wood, there isn't even a Kumquat note in the fragrance, next, learn the order in which u sprayed so fragrances like Aoud Lemon Mint won't get lost in the shuffle when getting ur guests to smell the dry down of ur list of fragrances, because u guys totally skipped over the dry down of Aoud Lemon Mint...what's worse is that there's 2 of u, u have to do better guys

Probably Aud lemon Mint between the two of these, though we aren’t high on either of these if you are looking for mass compliment factor from your fragrance.
I am ALWAYS late to the comment party. Wearing Aoud Lemon Mint now, and at first I didn't really dig it. Now that I'm giving it a chance, it's really impressed me - and hooo my gosh does this stuff last. Anyone who says that Mancera has become weak due to reformulation should probably consider that perhaps that was on purpose because if it was stronger than this... then that would just be too much. It's still going strong on me after 12 hours.
What I got from this was some natural and strong smelling aromas, thats not what an appealing fragrance makes, you have to add other stuff to round it out and make it likeable. Mancera is one of more affordable niches but dont think Ill be getting any of this anytime soon.

Prada Black. We will eventually. We’ve did a PDM mini video a few months ago and have featured Layton before. But we don’t like doing pure niche videos all the time because they aren’t watched. That will be the next one we do though
Good Video. I have 11 Mancera parfums and Kumkat Wood is my absolute fav. I’ve always like CK Be since it came out but is not long lasting. KW was a find for me, smells similar but last for a long time, also similar to Chanel Blanche.

All the hype around mancera is because they are potent and strong projecting like crazy that you can smell them from 1km away. Other than that they are hard to pull compliments. Only true fraghead will like them. They are not for everyone.
It smells nice but personally it wasn’t for me and if I had it, I probably would always reach for another fragrance. I know lots of people love it, but it wasn’t a love for me.
Good idea covering different houses. Luke seems more reserved. He should make more input as long he does not force himself to. Makes the interaction more vivid. Honestly probably won’t as there isn’t enough interest in montale to make a full video with it. I’ll try to sprinkle a montale in here and there though
I have decants of Aoud Lemon Mint and Sicily, and they both made me want to throw up tbh :/ Sicily especially is on a lot of summer lists, and I usually really like summer fragrances (love ADG, D&B Light Blue). BTW, these videos where you review certain lines/houses are my favorite!
A lot of Mancera fragrances are overrated. However instant crush is amazing same with Sicily, soiel dtalie, aoud vanille, jardin exclusif, lemon line. Also they are a power houses 1-2 sprays should suffice. Overrated fragrances are cedrat boise, red tobacco, Hindu Kush, and black gold
Overrated for some but amazing for some others, it's all about tastes ! but for the price versus performance Mancera is a banger, especially if bought discounted you can't go any wrong :D
My little advice - don't spray in the same room you're recording reviews, you keep contaminating the air badly and Manceras are super potent, you don't understand scents anymore as they all mash up, just spray on papers in a different room just before filming - your noses will thank you and you won't review only harsh openings

It smells nice but personally it wasn’t for me and if I had it, I probably would always reach for another fragrance. I know lots of people love it, but it wasn’t a love for me.

I have decants of Aoud Lemon Mint and Sicily, and they both made me want to throw up tbh :/ Sicily especially is on a lot of summer lists, and I usually really like summer fragrances (love ADG, D&B Light Blue). BTW, these videos where you review certain lines/houses are my favorite!

A lot of Mancera fragrances are overrated. However instant crush is amazing same with Sicily, soiel dtalie, aoud vanille, jardin exclusif, lemon line. Also they are a power houses 1-2 sprays should suffice.

Overrated for some but amazing for some others, it's all about tastes ! but for the price versus performance Mancera is a banger, especially if bought discounted you can't go any wrong :D

Skin warms up and has moisture. Clothes tend to keep the fragrance within the fabric.

My little advice - don't spray in the same room you're recording reviews, you keep contaminating the air badly and Manceras are super potent, you don't understand scents anymore as they all mash up, just spray on papers in a different room just before filming - your noses will thank you and you won't review only harsh openings
The drydown is in the video. We take breaks in between fragrances and are in a large ventilated room. We just edit out the breaks
