I've been buying the 3600 for years, and there seems to be a difference in the shirt. Have you noticed the difference? They're not as long. They're not as tight, they're a little more wobbly and boxy. Next Level says they haven't made any changes in years but there definitely is a difference, even when I compare it to my old Next Level t-shirts I can see the old ones are longer.
I was testing a batch of 6 shirts from both brands and although they are all nice, the Bella+Canvas had many thread issues. One was so bad they sent a replacement. The quality control on the Next Level appeared to be much better.
Awesome! I have been looking to an upgrade to Bella+Canvas as one of my customers has complained in a bad review posted to my shop about multiple spots of loose threads on the shirt they received. The also stated that the material feels cheap. So I have been considering the Next Level 3600, Gildan 64000, and the Gildan 2000. I was considering those two Gildan shirts because the are much heavier/thicker and I thought maybe the customers would perceive it as more of quality material? Would you happen to know if those two Gildan shirts also have loose thread issues like the Bella+Canvas does?
Really appreciate the detailed review, especially the fitment comparison. I don't do POD and I'm just a guy looking to buy tshirts in bulk for personal use, and manufacturers have this weird proclivity to provide very little useful information in their listings. Length and width is just not enough data to pick a tshirt, and having people like you showing the actual arm diameter really helps. Anyway, just wanted to say thanks and wish you a ton of success in your hustles/businesses.
Thank you so so much for this video 🙂 I loved the Alstyle 1701, and I'm just looking for a replacement between Next level, and Bella+Canvas 🤘 Sounds like next level 3600 is the way to go, unless you want different cool colors 🙏
This video was right on time. I’ve been going back and forth on which one I wanna use to start my brand, now I know which one I’m going with. Thanks for the review and the gems.
Something else to note: sizes. Next level goes up to 6xl in some colors. But most colors only go up to 3xl sometimes 4x. Whereas Bella goes up to 4xl only but across more colors. I agree, next level has the best feel, cut, and thickness.
You mentioned more premium shirts above the 3001 and 3600, which brands and models would those be? I was planning on using the 3001, but after ordering samples again after a long hiatus, I feel like they’re a bit thin. I love the cut, but they don’t feel as heavy as I’d like.
Depends on the print on demand you are using, if you’re using POD. There are so many different blanks. I really like the alternative apparel stuff, but there are also higher end B&C and Next Level options.
Neither. Next Level is sized for women now. Stretches out with a tinker bell effect after sitting down a couple times, shrinks like crazy, armpit holes, bottom hems unraveled. Pre 2022 they were pretty decent. Bella version is horrible too. Sized for women. Shrinks even more. Sleeves are super short, huge 21" bacon necks, shirts too short and boxy. Both these companies have destroyed their QC. I have Jerzees and Under Armour shirts from 6 years ago that have never lost their shape. Sad state of affairs.

Totally agree

Bella canvas 3001 is really popular, this information is pretty helpful. Thank you Kerry, I use it with awkward styles
Glad to hear that!

I’m soooo grateful for this detailed comparison. 🙌🏽💯

Love to hear that! Thanks for the comment
Thank you for this video. FYI - CustomCat sells both for the same price, and offers a decent color selection for the Next Level 3600.
Great video man! Subscribed. This was exactly what I was looking for
Thanks so much!
Thank you! I definitely had stringing issues with Bella and Canvas
You're so welcome!
At Fuel PoD, the NL is cheaper than the BC, but in most other cases it's the opposite.

Yes! Great points!
Great video! I ordered some of each and will look for what you shared.
Thanks! Glad the video was helpful!
GOOD INFORMATION, BUT I HATE THAT KICK,S SOUND HAHA
Great review for these. Very helpful. Thanks!!
Thanks so much!
Great comparison. It helps me a lot.
Glad it was helpful!
Awesome comparison, thank you! What do you think in terms of Next Level vs. True Classic in terms of sizing, fit, value, and overall quality?
True Classic isn’t really a blank t-shirt brand for printing on, it’s more of a lifestyle brand. Can’t really comment on that
@@KerryEgeler Makes sense! Thank you.
Next Level in my opinion it's the best shirt.. About the fit, the next level it's not so fitted as the 3001.
I like the 3600 as well!
I have a lot of thread issues with the Bella canva t shirt.
Two points for tighter sleeves! 🙌🏾

Helpful, thanks!
What is the pocket tee that you’re wearing in the video?
Did we ever get an answer to what shirt Kerry is wearing?
Kerry great video although what shirt are you wearing in the video?
Have you tried the next level 7200?

Look into AS Colour.
thanks for sharing
Thank you for watching!
You mentioned that these are middle of the road quality tees... what are the top of the line blank tees?
Depends on the print on demand you are using, if you’re using POD. There are so many different blanks. I really like the alternative apparel stuff, but there are also higher end B&C and Next Level options.
@@KerryEgeler thank you sir
WTF IS WITH THE SOUND EFFECTS???????
I think my editor made it street fighter
lol yea.... was driving me nuts
How much do both of these shrink after the first wash ?
Minimal on both. Still fit pretty true
I’ve always found Next Level is cheaper than Canvas.
To your knowledge who makes the highest quality t-shrts.
turn those annoying sound effects off
Thank you for the comment 🙏

What plain t would you recommend?
What one should I order then?
