You're exactly right. I love the low startup costs with DTG, but over HALF of my orders were incorrect in some way. Holes in the shirts, graphic off centered, color would bleed when washed.
New here and LOVE the info! I am so new to this that I am starting with HTV. Will either of these shirts work well for Heat Transfer Vinyl and if so which would be better for it? Thanks!
we haver never used heat transfer vinal. but if you google Bella & Canvas 3001 and look at the "specs" tab/page on the Bella & Canvas product page website, they should tell you that info.
I have used the 3001 but the neckline loosens after wash it stretches out. I would love to know how to prevent that. I don't want to sell them because of that.
Do you have any experience with the 3001CVC which is their dual cotton/poly blend? I'm in the market for a shirt that can be used casual and for working out. I would imagine the 3001 100% is not as good to wick away moisture. What sort of feedback or experience do you have? Because of that I'm on the fence on the 3413 and 3001CVC. Great video by the way thanks for the detailed analysis.
@@lyftny nice! You don’t have an option with DTG, bc most don’t print on the 3001cvc (only 3001) Since that video, we have printed shirts for customers on the 3001cvc and had great feedback. Shirts look good, good customer feedback. If you are looking for a shirt to workout and wear casually, 3001cvc is a great shirt.

It’s incredibly frustrating.
Great analysis dude...Thank you...Love the positive energy....
I appreciate that! Thanks!
This is a great video for anyone looking to merchandise clothes.
Thanks for sharing all your experience.
Thanks for watching!

In the future could you wear the shirts so we can see how they fall
Omg this was so helpful thank you so much!!

How about HTV vinyl on these tshirts? Are these good for those?

What shirt are you printing on then?
@@OUT-FIT I'm.still trying to find the best one for quality and one that holds after washes.
Awesome video.
Glad you enjoyed it
You quoted $3.84 and $5.60 for these two shirts. Why am I paying Printful $14.95 and $17.75?? I'm new to POD selling, so am I missing something?
You're not just paying for the shirt. You're also paying for the print process (ink, machinery) and the labor to print it.
I Love the hoodie you have on. What brand it that?
It is from Ten Thousand. We posted the link to it in the comments sections here.

You printing DTG or screen printing?
@@OUT-FIT screen print. I’m likely going to use Forever Fierce.

@@OUT-FIT cool thanks for your help man.
Was your hoodie from a wholesale manufacturer? If so what brand? Im starting my own brand and that hoodie is the exact type I want
unfortunately not, it is from a package of gear Ten Thousand shipped me last year.
www.tenthousand.cc/products/merino-hoodie
But do you still recommend the Bella-Canvas 3001 for screen printing? You mentioned it was great for DTG, but how about screen printing?
Yes we do
what blank hoodie are you wearing in this video ?
www.tenthousand.cc/products/merino-hoodie
Will the 3413 work with sublimation?
unfortunately we have never used that printing method. We screen print 99% of our items
Sublimation only works on polyester
Try Supacolor transfers
Why is that?
That shirt is an expensive shirt . How did you get customers starting out when having to pricing in the more expensive shirt
Also where do you get ur blanks can’t find that shirt under 7
We know our niche, which is an under served community (gay + fitness) and we create popular original designs. Our blanks come from S&S activewear
@@OUT-FIT thank you . I created an account will the prices be even cheaper once I submit my certificate? 3001 are 4.39 right now triblend is 6.39 .
We don't know.
Finding a wholesaler is mission impossible for me lol
lol, why is that. What is hard about it? there are major companies out there.
You overthink the same shirt too much my friend and all you're doing is confusing by all means.
this brand blows
I disliked the video
lol, love that you have announce it.
