This well-maintained, low-mileage 2008 Kawasaki KLR650 is ready for new adventures with a new owner. The KLR is a great choice for an all-around bike that is cheap to own, lightweight, easy to service, has great gas mileage, and is comfortable on the highway and off-road. This bike has a clean California title with current registration. Traction comes from recently mounted Continental TKC-80 dual-sport tires. OEM handguards, Techmount phone mount, and OEM skid plate. Aftermarket highway pegs for the long rides. The seller includes soft panniers and a top case that are easy to put on and take off. Recent work includes cleaning the gas tank, replacing the fuel filter, rebuilding the carb, plus an adjustable mixture screw making tuning for altitude a two-finger job. A new air filter, chain cleaning, lube, and oil change were completed. The bike shifts and accelerates smoothly and generally runs great. Minor blemishes on the plastics and tank, but no crashes.
