Change the line to a braided line and add DOT4 brake fluid..

I have been told to go to a more heat resistant brake fluid. Haven’t been able to research the specifics yet. Thanks for the idea!

Try to avoid riding brake for long periods. Use it to slow down, then release, just like a trucker would on descending grades. Use gearing on longer grades. Hopefully you didn't glaze the brake pad surfaces.
