Holy Moly! I was looking for an abs routine that was different than my everyday go to. Girrrrlllll, this was intense! I had to pause a couple of times to release the burn ❤️🔥. I did this right after upper body weight training and this completely fatigued my body! Awesome routine and its going into my fitness rotation 🫶

@@Joy2Move, today was day two of this ab routine. I found I was much more confident in the moves and proper body alignment today. Less fear of hurting my low back. I had to make modifications to the "V-ups" to protect a previous injury. This routine is even better the second day👌🔥. Thank you for sharing it
@cntrygrlbhavn I'm very happy that you've adapted the exercises for your needs. That's what I encourage everyone doing because it's kind of impossible to create the perfect workout for everybody😏. @@Joy2Move I was working out with my girlfriend at the gym and she kept telling me, "I hate you!!!" As I laughed and kept pushing hahaha 😂 it was SUPER intense. Never done an ab workout like it before!!

Is working out with med ball burn more belly fat? Will I get result for flat abs faster if I use medicine ball? Without ball is slower results?
Hi Sally. Adding a med ball (or any other weight) to your exercises will add an extra burn. The ball is particularly fun to use because of throwing exercises. Flat abs require also a balanced diet and a combination of workouts (not just abs). Keep strong!

In this workout the core is the main target, so try to make sure you're having a proper form with slow and steady moves, without rushing. Keep strong! 💪
