@royallclark6331 - Thank you so much for using the “❤️ Thanks” button and sending me $10.00 for coffee money!!! I am so happy that this helped fix your machine!! Thank you again!!
@@amyalbernaz8687…. Hi!! Amy…WHO will send a new machine? “Cs”? Who is that? I can’t get mine to work again after trying everything in all the videos 😭. I JUST WANT SOME COFFEE!!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
OMG, worked like a charm! 😮 Literally haven't touched my Keurig in about 2-3 years and searched RUclips for one last chance at making it work before tossing my machine. Followed your EASY directions, step by step, and my machine *magically* was brought back to life. Thank you!!!
Thank you. You are a genius. Your instructions worked like a charm. However, you did not mention the hell I would catch putting those tiny little screws back in. I am a shaky old lady and I dropped them somewhere in the pot. My shaky little hubby decided to use larger screws and they worked, however, not before dropping a few also. There are several screws floating around somewhere in my Keurig, but darn it, I am drinking my coffee this morning. Thank you.
Glad it helped! But don't worry about replacing those screws. They really don't do anything for you, and likely are only there to ensure the unit stays together while they are shipping it. I am glad you got it working!!!
Lol! I just knocked one off the counter onto the tile. It vanished just long enough for me to say "Come onnnmn!!" out of frustration...and then I found it.
Wow! Thank you so much for using the “❤️ Thanks” button and sending me $5.00 coffee money!!! I appreciate your generosity and appreciation!! Glad this helped fix your machine!!
All you really have to do is unplug the machine for 5 minutes plug it back in and it resets itself. Every time I clean my machine with vinegar it will not suck water up I tried everything and I thought well why not unplug it and let it sit 5 minutes see if it resets itself. That took care of it problem solved
Thanks! I was ready to give up. Tried all the fixes from the other videos. Nothing. Clicked on your video, expecting to hear the same fix again. Pleasantly surprised to see something new- and it worked!
That’s great! Glad it worked for you!! Thank you so much for pressing the “Thanks” button and sending me that coffee money $$$! That was very kind of you!!!
I've repaired these for years. Dry coffee will sometimes get blown up into the top check valve (not the one at the bottom of the water tank) eventually plugging it. To keep this from happening, PRESS THE K-CUP DOWN ONTO THE FIRST PEG (using both thumbs), PUNCTURING THE BOTTOM SEAL, and then close the lid to puncture the top. Many K-Cups are slightly pressurized, and dry coffee will blow up and into the check valve if you don't follow my advice. I've seen MANY check valves that are dark brown & plugged with coffee grounds.
Mine was the above (check valve issue) and I don't use it for coffee, only hot water for tea. So, zero K-cups and still it had that issue. It also now growls, and it's only been in use for about 6 months. I had purchased 2 of the same model and saved the second (in original box) for when the first one broke. The first one lasted 5 years without ever having a problem. This one is giving all kinds of problems. Same house, same water, same model. Go figure!
Like everyone else here...this worked! It was destined for the trash, but I fixed it in about 5 minutes. The simple thing is not always the obvious or visible thing, like in this instance. Thanks!
While my issue was even slightly different from yours, your tips for opening the top were invaluable to me! Thank you so much! Just as a side note for anyone with the issue I had, after Apache Ranch opens the top part, there is a clear elbow that goes down to the knife piece that punctures the K-Cup, my issue was that coffee grounds had gotten up into the knife and clogged it. I removed just the end elbow, grabbed a straw that I put over the hole leading to the knife, took a swig of water and forced it into the straw, then I sucked back on that same straw and all the grounds came up into the straw. A bit unconventional but it did the trick, hope this side tip helps someone!
@@ApacheRanch This is what happened to mine too. I just used the tiny screwdriver and lightly pushed down towards the k-cup point and it pushed the grounds out in three repeats while grabbing the grounds from the other side. I set the machine in the sink and washed the whole top after unscrewing the front shield by the k-cup holder. Your post was great it helped me get to where I needed to be.
Thank you!!! I was about to trash it when I thought I better check RUclips first. I had to take it a step farther and remove that L-shaped tubing in the front and clean out the coffee grounds and the chunk jamming up the needle that punctures the coffee pod. Not sure if one exploded or was just building up for years. Used a paper clip and small brush for cleaning straws. Good as new - you’re a genius!!! 😅

Thank you for this fix! Between this and needing the paper clip trick done, my Keurig works again!! It's 8 yrs old and going strong! Thank you for this information!!
We have an older K70/ K 75 Platinum brewer. None of the other fixes worked: multiple descales, power resets, and clearing the needles. Your solution worked! Your steps were clear and easy to follow. The quality of the video is perfect. Thank you!! Coffee is brewing faster and the air pump is working normally at the end of the cycle again to clear debris. Thanks!
Did exactly what you so clearly instructed, but I’m still not seeing water coming up through the water tube. I wish I could send you a picture of what I’m seeing. I’ll keep trying. Thanks.
Like you I was ready to chuck my Keurig into the rubbish bin. . . . Then I found your video. It was clear concise and solved my issue in under 5 minutes. Thank you!
My office "inherited" a "broken" Keurig and this fix absolutely worked. Popped off the cover per the video, squeezed the tubes and valves a few times and for the first time in possibly a year a full cup of hot water flowed through into a cup and I did a little happy dance watching the cup fill. We're going to descale it over the next few days and give it a proper cleaning and it'll be like new and spared from the landfill. (I'll also let people know to puncture the bottom of the k-cup first per the comment below to keep it running smoothly.) Thanks so much for this video!
Add me to the long list of people you've helped with this simple fix. I was about to order a new coffee maker on Amazon when I thought to Google my Keurig problem, and found your video. Your solution worked like a charm! THANK YOU! Had a devil of a time getting those two little screws out, though. I didn't bother to put them back in.😁
Just bought a Keurig K40 at the Goodwill Store for $8.99. It looked brand new with a extra filter and papers. Even the bottom of the water revivor looks new. When I brought it home it would not pump water into the cup.Saw your video did exactly as you did and now it works perfect. Thanks for the help and a good video😊
I have a K150 w/water hookup in my office and had the same issue you had with yours. I watched so many videos and heard the same about pulling the water tank out and letting it "reset" and whatnot. I took apart the machine like yours did, and it worked exactly as you said with the same tabs blocking the removal. The K150 is a little bit more tricky as you have to remove the handle to give yourself the clearance to take off the lid. Wiggled around the same tube as shown in your video and it worked. You saved me hours of disassembly and having to talk to my boss about getting a new coffee machine. You are a legend and a life saver. I hope you are still checking these comments and that life has treated you well because this here was absolutely lifesaving! Thanks a million!!!!!!
Came in clutch AGAIN!! I got a free keurig through work because it wasn’t working. Stumbled across your video and was able to get it brewing. Put it away in storage for a few months and busted it out again. Same issue! Tried a few other things until I remembered this issue. Really pulled through for me TWICE 🙌
Wow! This worked! In addition to the instructions, we also pushed on the little hose that goes into the bigger valve, (working it back and forth just a little bit), and that helped to get it going. You just saved us $150 plus dollars as I was getting ready to order a new one online. Thanks! (We have an older model with three cup sizes)
one tip that I did but luckily it wasn't a problem.....I put a piece of foil on top of the Kcup holder just in case the little screws fell. Just a precaution that wasn't needed. Thank you for this fix!!!
I’ve had my B40 for 10 yrs spitting out at least a dozen coffee a day and when the same problem arises I simply turn the machine off and unplug it for a couple of minutes, it resets it. Over the years I’ve learned to take it apart thanks to videos like yours, much appreciated.
Thank you so much. This worked perfectly. I almost bought a new keurig today but didn't. One last search on you tube for an easy fix and your video popped up.
FINALLY! Something went right today. Have been doing DIY projects all day and every one of them was a fail! After descaling my Keurig I was having the same problem, at first I freaked out cuz I added a little baking soda to the vinegar in the reservoir so I thought that wrecked it for good.😮 I was so mad at myself for improvising but then dant da da da… I found my genius knight in shining red armor! How in the hell did you figure that out. You’re crazy amazing!! Not the kinda crazy you talked about in your perfect fix em up vid. THANK YOU a whole heap! New fan, new follower ❤
So I’m watching countless videos on why our Keurig not pumping and came across your video and I did exactly what you did and low and behold it worked just now! Thank you so much
I know! It’s crazy, but this works for the majority of situations. And further cleaning out that check valve is a good idea for the future. I have a video on that also. Glad it helped.
I spent far too long trying to fix the issue with the tank that you pointed out at the beginning. I followed the steps and the problem was immediately fixed
I just want to say THANK YOU!!!!! My Keurig was doing exactly like yours and your information saved me from doing without till I could afford to purchase another one!!!! As I send this I’m drinking another cup of coffee! Again, THANK YOU!!!!!
Awesome! I just did this for mine that has been in storage for 3 years. Worked like a charm. I had the slightly older model without the 3 cup sizes but basically same internals and it worked for that one too. Did a lot of wiggling and squeezing :) Thanks a ton dude.
I have a K-Select that has a slightly different cover for the K-Cup holder assembly. After reading your instructions and seeing the location of the clogged tube, I decided to open and close the cover about five times, to see if I might dislodge the clog. This worked!! Even easier than opening it up. Thanks for the info -- I never would have thought of doing this without your video.
Thank you so much for posting this video. You saved my Keurig and I was concerned that I was going to be without coffee. Thank you so very much for your easy video
This is great advice! Worked a treat (paper clip unblocking alone wasn’t enough)! Thank you. The advice from TFSFireman is also very helpful (to pierce bottom of KCup as a separate 1st step to stop coffee grounds being blown into Keurig upper works by pod pressure). Periodic dilute vinegar flush also helpful to breakdown calcium carbonate deposits if you’re in a hard water area. Many thanks again for great advice and great video which fixed our Keurig problem perfectly!
I Tried to clean the pin and use finger to cover the white pressure valve while brewing, still no water came out. Opening the cover per your instruction, I saw water wasn't flowing to the front when brewing but using your technique of moving and pressing on the soft tubing, water started to flow to the front and dripping normally again. A very informative video with clear instruction. Thanks.
I want to say THANKS! Your video saved my machine. I appreciate all your tips! I also threw away the screwd even before see your comments about not really needing them. I agree, I think they were there so cover didn’t move during shipping. Thanks again!!
You must be getting tired of people thanking you, but here's one more. I was about to take the whole machine apart, but I was wise enough to click on your video first. Amazingly easy fix......Thanks!
ARE YOU KIDDING? It took me SIX minutes to fix mine!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!! You made my wife happy, so now I’m happy! Tip: Remove the screws with the unit on its side and have tweezers ready to grab them.
I can't believe it but this actually worked. We have the same older model we use for our trailer and after this winter storage it wouldn't work, same symptom as the video. 2 screws and a good squeeze later and it works!
These were the exact instructions that we needed. We really appreciated that you recorded the sound that it was making we’re not pumping water through the pod. The one difference with our Keurig, which is a model K40, is that we had to unscrew the handle lever that you use to open the top where you put the pods in order to slide the cover off. So, we had to remove the two screws that you described, but also two additional screws that hold the lever on.
why are these machines so flimsy? they are a vital piece to starting one's day. I expect more. Not interested in coffee machine repair as a side gig... Just want something that works. Returning mine for a refund.
Thank you so much for this very helpful video. We are not technically inclined here but we were able to fix it on our first try. Your instructions were extremely clear and thank you for warning us about how to take that little off. Unfortunately I pulled it a little bit too hard and I did break one little clamp but I don’t think it’s going to interfere with the use.I really appreciated that you explained everything so clearly. You saved us a bundle of this morning.
@@ApacheRanchWe are impressed with your prompt response. We are wondering if there is a solution which we could run through the machine periodically to avoid calcium buildup or whatever was clogging the tube. Thank you again. Now we’re curious to see if you have other videos.

Not technically inclined but want my coffee. Tried your instructions and danced all over the kitchen when it worked!! Then I ran descale cleaning before I enjoyed my coffee. Thank you SO much.
This fixed my Cuisinart Keurig SS-700!!! Message said to “descale” but water didn’t come out spout. I also went through a few other RUclips videos, which did not fix the problem. Fabulous advice! Worked instantly and perfectly! Spent the last 40 minutes doing all of the other fixes - even from the Keurig site! Your advice solved it 100% and it's pumping better than ever! I have one of the original 12 year old units!
I don't know how RUclips knew our machine just stopped working a few days after a descale and this video pops up as a suggestion just as I was going to leave. I figure what the hell, go outside to the garbage pop the cover off give the hose and valve a few squeezes and BAM we got hot water flowing again. Thank you Apache Ranch not only am I liking this video I am Subscribing and checking out what else you have in the vault. OH. The only thing I did differently was I didn't place the cover back on during the testing so if it wasn't working at first than I could squeeze it while it was running and not wait to take it all apart. Thank you for this DIY fix.

Hey, I’m so happy to hear this! Very happy it worked for you. Thanks so much for letting me know!!
I have added this to favourites, its the best instructions I ever seen on youtube
Wow! Thank you so much for the compliment. I really appreciate it.
Thanks! You saved my Keurig😅
I am so glad that it helped! Thank you so much for your generosity.
Sweet! That’s great that it helped you! Thanks for your comment!!
Thank you so much! I went to use mine today after it sitting for over a year (yikes..) and it wasn’t working, but this immediately fixed it!
Just did this in my office and it worked right away. Nice troubleshooting man!
Awesome! Glad it worked! Thanks for your comment.
After looking up various videos, I had no luck and thought this was going to the dump. NOPE! Your method worked! Thank you for posting and sharing.
@@smileymonkey10 glad you saved it!!!
That’s awesome!!! Glad it worked for you!!! Thanks for your comment!
THANK YOU SO MUCH!! 6 VIDEOS LATER AND I FINALLY FOUND SOMETHING THAT WORKS!
Glad it helped!!!
Very clear. Thoughtful concerning capturing on camera with angles etc. Very good instructional video. Thanks for uploading
Glad it helped!!!
Agreed
Thank you!
Thanks for posting! This totally worked for me, too!! 😁
So glad it worked! Thank you so much for sending me the $10 Super Thanks!!! Very kind of you!!
one tip that I did but luckily it wasn't a problem.....I put a piece of foil on top of the Kcup holder just in case the little screws fell. Just a precaution that wasn't needed. Thank you for this fix!!!
Good point!
That’s great!!!
Me too!! I looked yesterday but they were out of the one I wanted. Then…. THIS!! GENIUS!! Thank you so much!!
Oh that’s great! Glad you saved your machine!
FINALLY! Something went right today. Have been doing DIY projects all day and every one of them was a fail! After descaling my Keurig I was having the same problem, at first I freaked out cuz I added a little baking soda to the vinegar in the reservoir so I thought that wrecked it for good.😮 I was so mad at myself for improvising but then dant da da da…
I found my genius knight in shining red armor!
How in the hell did you figure that out. You’re crazy amazing!! Not the kinda crazy you talked about in your perfect
fix em up vid. THANK YOU a whole heap! New fan, new follower ❤
Well I’m glad it made your day a little better. Good job fixing it!
My husband came back with coffee and I said : it’s fixed 😂
I spent far too long trying to fix the issue with the tank that you pointed out at the beginning. I followed the steps and the problem was immediately fixed
That is great! So glad to hear that!
Same - 2 minutes to fix. After trying everything else :-)
Awesome
The only thing that worked, ive been sitting here trying many options that didn't cut it. I appreciate the help.
Very good. Glad it helped.
Followed your exact instructions and solved the issue. Wow. Thank you for sharing your expertise, it feels great to repair stuff. Thanks again!
Glad it helped you!!!
I just want to say THANK YOU!!!!! My Keurig was doing exactly like yours and your information saved me from doing without till I could afford to purchase another one!!!! As I send this I’m drinking another cup of coffee! Again, THANK YOU!!!!!
Glad to help!
Awesome! I just did this for mine that has been in storage for 3 years. Worked like a charm. I had the slightly older model without the 3 cup sizes but basically same internals and it worked for that one too. Did a lot of wiggling and squeezing :) Thanks a ton dude.
Hey that’s great! Glad it worked for you and you saved that old machine!
This is why RUclips exists. Thank you sir.
This is the second time this has happened and this is exactly what it takes to fix it! Thanks!
Great!!! Thanks for letting me know!!
Great! Glad it worked!!
BINGO, U NAILED IT!
Thank you so much…Super helpful as the Descaling and vinegar fixes did not work for me at all.
Great to hear!!!
Thank you so much for posting this video. You saved my Keurig and I was concerned that I was going to be without coffee. Thank you so very much for your easy video
Great! Glad it helped!!!
Excellent!
Dude you’re a lifesaver. None of the other tutorials worked for me but this one did the trick
Awesome!!
Thanks.
Glad it worked for you!!!
Thanks for this video!! Worked perfectly on an old Kuerig my daughter hadn't used in years.
Thank you so much! This is my trailer Keurig....it worked like a charm!!
So glad it helped!!!!
@@ApacheRanch Just had to do it again......so glad I saved this video!!!!
I was ready to order a new Keurig until I found this video. Worked like a charm. Now I'm having my morning cup of coffee as usual. Thank you SO MUCH!
I was just about to throw mine away & then I came across this! Problem solved 🙂 Thank you kindly sir!
Glad to help! And glad to save another one from the trash! Thanks for your comment!
I want to say THANKS! Your video saved my machine. I appreciate all your tips! I also threw away the screwd even before see your comments about not really needing them. I agree, I think they were there so cover didn’t move during shipping. Thanks again!!
Great to hear!
Great video!! This fixed my problem without having to rip the whole thing apart.
THANK YOU
So glad to hear that! Happy that it worked for you!!!
Wow....it worked. Thank you very much
Thanks so much
Great!!! I am glad it helped you!!!
You must be getting tired of people thanking you, but here's one more. I was about to take the whole machine apart, but I was wise enough to click on your video first. Amazingly easy fix......Thanks!
Actually it’s really great to hear all the responses and thank you messages! I’m glad it worked for you!!
This worked perfectly, thank you!! I also tried the water reservoir method first and it didn't work
Happy it worked!
ARE YOU KIDDING? It took me SIX minutes to fix mine!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!! You made my wife happy, so now I’m happy!
Tip: Remove the screws with the unit on its side and have tweezers ready to grab them.
Great tip! Glad it helped you!
Thank you so much! This just worked on mine as well. Great instructions also!!
Thanks for the comment! Glad it worked!
I have a different model, but your recommended repair worked for me. Thanks !!
That’s great!!
I can't believe it but this actually worked. We have the same older model we use for our trailer and after this winter storage it wouldn't work, same symptom as the video.
2 screws and a good squeeze later and it works!
That’s great!!! I’m really glad it helped you!!
This is great to hear!! Thanks for sharing and I wish you the best!!
Can I say I’m mad I’ve been trying to fix my Keurig for over a month and this actually worked? 😭😢😅
You found the fix that works!!! Glad you fixed it!!
Dude! I've gutted these machines without getting them fixed. I had no idea the top would come off. This took me ten minutes! Thanks for sharing, man.
That’s great to hear! Congrats!!!
why are these machines so flimsy? they are a vital piece to starting one's day. I expect more. Not interested in coffee machine repair as a side gig... Just want something that works. Returning mine for a refund.
I was trying solutions for a couple hours before I stumbled upon this video. Worked like a charm and saved me from buying a new one! 🤩
Glad to hear that!!!

@@elainecousineau2404 That's great to hear! Glad this helped you fix your machine!
@@ApacheRanchWe are impressed with your prompt response. We are wondering if there is a solution which we could run through the machine periodically to avoid calcium buildup or whatever was clogging the tube. Thank you again. Now we’re curious to see if you have other videos.
@@elainecousineau2404 I have 4 Keurig videos today (this one, fix leaking, clean inlet, clean check valve). I think you might want to see the "clean check valve" video - ruclips.net/video/ScGM6cXBvG8/видео.html
@@ApacheRanch Thank you so much. My husband is 82 and I’m 76 so we’re thrilled to be able to do this. You’re the best
Not technically inclined but want my coffee. Tried your instructions and danced all over the kitchen when it worked!! Then I ran descale cleaning before I enjoyed my coffee. Thank you SO much.
That’s great!!!
You just helped me here when I was about to put it in the trash. Had this one for 10 years I think. Great fix!
@@rciorcia glad it worked!!!
This fixed my Cuisinart Keurig SS-700!!! Message said to “descale” but water didn’t come out spout. I also went through a few other RUclips videos, which did not fix the problem. I could hear water was being pumped but it would go back into the reservoir. No water came out where it should. Taking the top off was basically the same on mine as in video. Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!
Well that is great to hear! Glad you saved yours!
Fabulous advice! Worked instantly and perfectly! Spent the last 40 minutes doing all of the other fixes - even from the Keurig site! Your advice solved it 100% and it's pumping better than ever! I have one of the original 12 year old units!
That’s awesome! Glad it helped!!!
Great! Glad you saved yours from the trash!
YOU ARE A GENIUS!!! Solved the problem for me, and such an easy fix. I was just about to bite the bullet and buy a new Keurig…saved me a lot of money. Thankyou SO much for sharing this information.
You are very welcome! Glad it helped!!
Thank you, My Keurig was sitting in the closet for a few years when I took it out to use I had the same problem you demonstrated and was able to fix it following your instructions. Thought I would have to buy a new one. This was a simple fix that actually worked.
Glad you saved it!
You just saved me so much money! Thank you so much! You were so explanatory. Fantastic tutorial.
Umm wow! This worked! Like some others in the comments I haven't used the machine for a while. It wouldn't pump this morning when I decided to have some coffee. Well, I opened it up and squeezed the hoses some and now it works. So confused and happy.
Thanks! You fixed my Kuerig!
Thank you so much for hitting the “❤️Thanks” button and buying me a coffee!!! I really appreciate it!!! Happy New Year!!!
I have the exact same Keurig as you. Nothing worked until I watched your video, and like a charm, your solution worked! Thanks. Thumbs up.
Awesome!
Great Video with perfect instructions. IT WORKED!! I had the exact same problem with mine and I honestly didn't think just squeezing the tubes would work. BINGO! It worked like a charm. Thank you!
@@KelleyINP great!!!
You described problem perfectly and gave complete, easy instructions, and it worked perfectly! Thank you!!
This worked for me when nothing else would. Thank you!!!!!
This solved my problem as well. Thanks, very clear instructions. Other than losing one screw in the machine and almost losing the other, it worked!
@@deannaclifford1177 yeah those stupid screw are small!
Thank you so much! I really thought there was no fix till I saw this video!
Great Video....This is awesome. I was getting ready to trash my Keurig when I ran across your video. It solved my problem the first time. Easy to follow instruction. Saved me $200. Thanks for sharing.

Hello. I'm a female dyi'er and I couldn't bring myself to through mine out as I figured the water wasn't going through. I found your solution and bam! It works great! Definately subscribing! Thank you sooo much Apache!

Your video should be top listed!! Yours was the 3rd video I watched and it worked!! Totally fixed it. Now I will have coffee for tomorrow morning! Thanks!
Wow - thanks for your comment! Glad it worked for you!!!
Thank you for the fix tip. Haven’t use my Keurig in four or five months, went to use it today and it wouldn’t make any coffee. Found your video and did what you said and I have nice hot coffee. Thank you sir sir.
Glad it helped!!!!
This worked for me!!!! Thank you for posting this! I just knew someone could show me how to fix it. Hardest part is hanging on to the tiny screws.
