I dont want to hate. But this was not what I expected when I came for a tutorial....I mean: its called "stand up paddle board". So I knew, that I have to stand up. And that was basically the only information I got out of this clip.

Wear a life jacket.
This is a fail… safety should be your first priority when teaching. Wearing a pfd and whistle. Everything else is secondary.
this is how to stand up paddle board, not how to have common sense, everyone who engages in water sports should already know the safety requirements for them, and a citizen of their country/state, the paddleboarder would already know to wear a pfd and/or a whistle if they want to, or if their country/state requires or recommends it.
It is recommended you wear a quick release waist leash when on moving water with currents@@ducksractuallyepic
