Where did you get that "NOTHING!" footage from?
@@CaptainFedora Excitebike 64
@@TheLazyEyebrow thanks
Fun fact, there’s a port under the bumper in vehicle mode that lets you store the gun
Fun thing I originally found on the internet - If you don't like the Mr. Fusion constantly falling off the rifle if you look at it wrong, you can plug it upside down into one of the forearm ports, and it becomes kind of like a watch like Marty's looking at on the movie posters. Or the ones Doc wore.
You can also plug it in slightly off center (not facing forward) and it stays better.
Seth will be talking about this for a long time
I'd pin this comment, but idk if you want a billion randos clicking on your profle lol
@@TheLazyEyebrow bahaha it's fine 🤣
Is this the cutest couple on yt?
how are you talking from 9 hours ago but this video was made 1 hour ago

I managed to find this figure in a small shop in Liverpool of all places and I’m so happy I found him, is he flawed? Yes, do I love him? Hell yes
Honestly a fantastic find. I managed to find siege hound in a charity shop in London for £5
Forbidden planet?
@@maskai3408 It might’ve been, if it wasn’t it was a similar shop to Forbidden planet
@@Evaunit98 must have been forbidden planet. Great place to get transformers
@@Evaunit98 there's two. Forbidden is the smaller out of them so it's gotta be
The time gun actually has vehicle-mode storage underneath the front of the hood, which I thought was neat.
the power cable hook can also be stored in robot mode using 5 millimeter ports located on the insides of the doors. That's a new location for ports and tbh it'd be cool to stick some guns there in vehicle mode considering the gull wing configuration
At first, when the Patreon email came in and the link went nowhere my heart sank to the floor and I was utterly devastated. I could only imagine what hiccup led to it but my day was absolutely MADE upon receiving the new updated email. And what a BANGER of a review this is! Always wonderful seeing someone else's perspective and bring up points that I had never considered. I think in general I'm more lenient cause I know I'm able to fix most issues I have with these figures, but I also wish the paint job out of the box lived up to the excellent molded details. And HOLY DOUBLE SHOUT OUTS dude! Much appreciated! You know, after the repaint, my Jiga McGigawatt is a tad delicate, but I would have WHOLE HEATEDLY lent it out to you. I don't know if he'd survive a stop motion session though, lol. 😂👍🏼Thanks again for the excellent content!
yeah idk if he'd survive a stop motion session either (especially with that wooden knee haha), probably would've just been the comparison piece to film alongside my own haha
that being said, it took 3 uploads to get this review up and live. which also meant 3 exports. it was a long night haha
Hobbies!
@@Grimlock.King5 Grimmy! 😁👍🏼
You legend!
I wouldn’t have mind if they made this guy a premium finish and painted him metallic with all of those details picked out. They literally did us dirty by not painting him metallic like they did with the prototype
Honestly I personally love the usage of the sideswipe mold, it a different flair to the g1 bot modes
I'll be honest, there's too many robots with the Jazz/datsun style
Headlight tits
Door wings
Taillight toes
The only thing I wish the sideswipe mold did was had the g1 door kibble in robot mode
Easter Egg? TrailBreaker’s G1 Alt Mode is a black Toyota SR5 pickup…
…like Mart McFly’s pickup…
Pretty cool tie-in, Lazy Eyebrow.
Cheers!
I've still not opened my copy, a strange mix of not knowing where or how to display him and loving how good he looks in his box.. I'm not even a misb collector.
Anyways, thanks for the most in depth look I've had into Jigawatt, shout out to Seth.
that galvatron line made me laugh
I have such an attachment to this guy because of TFI. I adore this dude.
For someone who hasn't watched back to the future till recently and enjoys the car, I think it's pretty fun. I agree with the back legs being shown for the front. Also, there's a gun storage underneath the hood in vehicle mode, which is neat if you haven't been told 100000 times
0:27 "What did you just say jigawatt!"
There's a port under the bumper for the gun, which surprised me when I got it
the gun can store under the hood of the car which is pretty awesome
The gun does stow in car mode, just behind the front bumper on the bottom. Not quite hidden if you look closely from the front, but a decent job of it and no more trouble for ground clearance than the normal undercarriage bits.
Love the part where Gigawatt yanks the wire and knocks over Thundercracker and Skywarp.
Eh it's alright but I think I prefer the Gigawatt you looked at in a previous review. Double the price of a deluxe makes my wallet sad too.
Found another storage choice for Mr fusion, it can plug in the fore-arm ports and have the base look like a watch
I love the jab at a certain RUclipsr, that got a verbal chuckle out of me
Nice, another full review. I think this would be a good figure to start a series of old figures like potp prime
YESSS BRO Hobbies with Jose is underrated as hell!!!
Darn right he is
Hidden feature; you can plug the mr.fusion into his wrist upside-down and it becomes a 'watch' to look at while posing lol.
You bringing up Sunstreaker in the comparison with how the robot mode is handled actually does give me the thought of what a Gigawatt done from that mold would have looked like. The techno kibble on the shoulders, the gull-wing doors on the legs, it might have been more interesting.
I love this figure so much. Got it almost 2 years ago on my birthday
This figure may be flawed, but to be honest I think it adds to the charm. The Transformation works exactly how you'd imagine it would, especially when you consider this design has been around far longer than the figure itself has. (Somebody made a costume of an identical design over eight years ago.
I dont know how else to put this but I love the ad segments in your videos. I'm more inclined to let the ads play since you added the "commercial break" animations. Great work always look forward to your videos.
I'm so glad I found the Play Mobile version of the Delorian on sale for less than Gigawatt. Bonus: if fits MASK/Dinoriders scale figures and comes with a dog.
Excellent choice of the mmx charging sound effect!
Finally someone from America that knows how to pronounce 'giga' 🤣
i like to turn the leg wheels forward (into hovermode) in robot mode to add a lil more spice to the robot mode. it makes it less sideswipey imo
Your stop motion reviews are the best! Very original and informative, thanks for the great content on transformer toys
Nah, don't apologize for being honest with your analysis, you're passionate about vehicles as much as you're for the robots, that's unique, that's part of why we come here!
If Legacy United makes an Armada Wheeljack, those doors would be perfect for the powerlinx.
Epic video The Lazy Eyebrow!!! Despite his flaws, Gigawatt has become my favorite Collaborative Transformers figure. Outstanding work on your custom Collaborative Series figures, especially K.I.T.T.! Keep on being amazing.
I can't wait till you show off more of those knight rider customs
Really I noticed how underwhelming the silver was when looking at the robot mode legs, the front of it has some of that texture that mimicks the brushed steel, implying that piece came from outside fenders but all that detail just gets lost in the unpainted gray
So far he's my only favorite Autobot from that line.
Price aside, I am glad to have him. He is the only cross over I have seen that I was able to afford.
Glad you mostly like the vehicle mode Lazy.
There is a fan made movie series of this figure!! It is made by TFI creations
Two things I'd like to point out.
The figure isn't a licensed DMC product, DMC isn't mentioned anywhere on the box hence why it lacks the DMC logo on the grille. I even own a model of the BTTF Delorean that also lacks DMC branding, so I suppose universal has full rights to everything but the DMC logo.
And the second thing is that the alt mode is actually painted, you'll notice some scuff marks in the paint on the frunk at 3:20, my copy also has some paint chipping too around the panel that flips around to become the Flux Capacitor on the chest.
I don’t know why, but Galvatron’s cannon charging with the Mega Man X charge buster noise made me laugh.
I love this figure, but he needs the Jose-style paint job. If only I had that kind of time or talent.😭
I got two by mistake, one I ordered almost a year ago from the official BttF site, and the other I saw at a hobby shop. I'm kinda glad because the one I got from the hobby shop, its hood with the flux capacitor snapped off…
btw, the panels on the back of the shoulders can soft click vertically
The Gun does Store under the front
Also...Heh I just realized how much Trailbreaker looks like Marty's Truck 🤣
I've been waiting to see at least one person custom it to be a regular DeLorean
Yet another video for me to love!
YES!! I CALLED IT LIKE A YEAR AGO!!
The texture in the "metal" just makes this mass production toy look like an unfinished 3D print.
I liked the effort, but it really needed the paint to sell the texture
Surprised that the comic book was not mention... Also, we might see Gigawatt again but with a minicon, that becomes the hover-board (as seen in the comic book). But not sure as
the delorean from the third film or the time traveling train. I do recommend the comic, its a neat fun adventurer and you did another awesome video, thumbs up
I had that mini Delorean look a like Swindler. 😁
Ayo let’s go. Time for Gigawatt
they could be double dipping, basic (alleged delux out first) then bring out the posh version, forcing people to double up on sales
I should buy this for my dad for Christmas. He has two favorite nostalgic properties, Back to the future and Transformers. He’d love this!
I've been wanting one for a while now despite it's flaws.
good job about Collaborative Series Gigawatt
I'm glad I got a chance to watch this. Ive been doing a fast from watching RUclips videos that wasn't preaching. But I'm still glad I got the chance to catch up with my devotion to God
The gun stores just behind the bumoer. You missed that.
YES I love this figure just wish it has more articulation
I got this one on clearance for 42.99$ which is NOW the price a freaking Deluxe at TRU, absolute theft. But the figure itself is good. Great review!
I'm actually a little surprised that you weren't into this guy more. I though he would be just you're cup of tea.
It's one of those "way too high of standards" scenarios haha
I may not have this guy, but I do have Ectotron.
And he just stands out in my small collection!
I would love to see a review on the custom Crossover KITT
Great Review!
man I was just looking at my gigawatt the other day and how i wanted to do a stop motion with him.
With all the flaws I still gotta give credit to Hasbro for changing the color of the windshield, remember when that thing was just crystal clear letting just some holes and plastic marks behind?
Okay, we need the details on that KITT.
I think it would be cool to also se a transformers docs time train
Taking another look at the box, I can’t find DMC licensing on it. But a cool thing is one of the box’s side flaps opens down like the truck trailer at the beginning of the first movie.
Dinobot (Beast Wars)
Blackarachnia (Beast Wars)
Starscream (G1) are my top three, with the first two often trading spots.
Ha. That is a cool feature
This was my first modern Transformer. It got me into the hobby of collecting these toys. 2020 was the perfect time to start. Now, I have so many! But this was the one that made me take a hard look at Transformers and decide “these things are really cool now”
I feel the same as you do. I'm actually holding off on buying this figure cause I'm hoping someone finds it in their heart to make a better version
Looking closely at the figure it seems he's indeed painted but in a flat not mettalic grey over grey plastic, I'm prettu sure of it as the light reflection is different from the insides of the car which are not painted
If that's the case then why on earth did they not go with metallic? So silly
@@TheLazyEyebrow completely agree, maybe to get closer to the not so reflective metal of the car, but it's not that flat. Double checked and it's indeed painted, hard to see with the molded details but you see the light acting differently on the smoother parts of the car.
I got my Gigawatt for Christmas last year, and the first thing I tried to do was get rid of the collar piece on the back of the neck, and somehow made it so the hood doesn’t go back all the way up. I now kinda hate that I still have it because it’s not a Transformer anymore, and I can’t use the best quality of the figure, the vehicle mode
Actually, that brushed look on the car, in a certain light, gives it a sheen, with the brush interrupting the reflection, and it gives it a metallic affect, which is totally lost under really bright direct light. There is a similar affect with the head lights, that look really cool...in some light. I actually like it...because I have never seen these details on any other toy. Its creative...and works well enough.
Cool wallet and KeyCase 💯
This toy sets my imagination in overdrive, trying to think of how to make a much better transformer out of this vehicle. I'd go for Sunstreaker or Wheeljack, honestly. Turn that massive front end into some chonky robolegs and the time machine details into a backpack; might be more visible than sticking it on the back of the legs.
While I'm okay with the complaints, your grievances with these figures feels pretty valid (I feel those Canadian prices...) I do hope you can review something you enjoy. Thanks for the videos, Mr. Eyebrow.
7:09 I would so love to buy that transformers toy KITT there
This is one of my favourite figures. He was the only one left and I made the best decision to get him and I have never looked back.
One of the details I liked on this is the time circuit display is the "blink and you'll miss is detail" for the time departed display(yellow) it reads Nov 12 1955 6:00pm the time Old Biff traveled from to get back to 2015 after giving himself the sports book. You see it for less than a second when they travel from 2015 to 1985A.
4:56 Jose's painted windows look really good, because he actually used like a glossy finish, I'll give you that. But every other time I see painted windows, they break the illusion of this being a car. It looks like painted plastic, not windows.
Using different materials to represent different materials is a good idea to me. If not, then I at least want the windows to look like windows, not wooden toy cars my mom bought me as a kid, with a drawing on the front. Toyhax windows remind me of those toys. What kind of window looks like a Microsoft gradient?
Bit of a reason for that. He painted the inside of them. Bit of both worlds there in that you're not looking at the interior of nothing, but you still have the deoth of glass
As for Toyhax' gradient, I personally really like it. Rather than just a flat sticker to cover over the window, it gives it a bit if tinted window depth
But to each their own of course. If you don't like it, more power to you
This is painted, just In a grey that they thought was more accurate to a scaled down version of the real thing
I have this figure!!!
Ooh, is that motor master I see in the background of the opening skit?
I love your vids! I also love my gigawatt! It's one of my favs in the collection! Of all the similar molds available, I think they went with the best option. I don't think they could have pulled off the wheels and doors gimmick on any other deluxe. I do dearly wish they added the silver paint though.
Like the New spinning logo
15:24 Well, you wanted to make an Review about Kingdom Beast Megatron, but the choice is yours.
I am still pissed off they didn't make those things at the back transform into his feet. They already look like poking out feet of a Transformer damn it!
Out-filthyword-STANDing review! Thank you! I hope to get this guy someday, but . . . yeah . . . .
13:13 unexpected, but welcome for sure
Proposal: Terminators crossover where a T-800 homage turns into a motorcycle.
I wish I had got THAT Figure!
There are places that still sell it retail.
I really wish it had the DMC logo on the front
I somehow found one at a swapmeet for $5
Yeah, love the figure.
Other than the fact I accidentally broke my thumbnail from trying to flip the chest piece and lost the gun and Mr Fusion piece for months! Only to find it in a place I looked at a bunch of times…
I love life.
i cant wait for the review of the 1994 ford explorer Jurassic park transformer called jp 93!
I snagged mine from a Game Stop in my home town and they had all toys at that store on clearance so I got him for under 30 bucks usa. I personally LOVE this guy I have him part of my BTTF collection on my desk. Fun fact there is a buddy of mine named John Spangler who does custom movie based cars out of hot wheels and and he did his own delorean based transformer named Steelskin and he was based on a G1 Sideswipe so it is funny that this figure is based off of Siege Sideswipe.
"...As useful as (the hook) was in the first movie."
Was it thought? Was it REALLY? Was there any reason why they couldn't just put the car on a couple of chocks a comfortable distance away from the clock tower, and maintain a steady speed of 88 MPH without risk of running into anything or running out of cord? (I mean OUTSIDE the necessity of a more entertaining climax. lol)
6:17 - A little thing to be impressed by, but man, that is some nice easing in and out with Thundercrackers legs. 😁
12:36 - "Uh, I-I'm a lamp post!"
This review's making me miss the BTTF ride at Universal. *sigh*
Or if literal speed is an issue, driving around in the middle of open field during the storm with a big lightning rod would've probably done the trick too haha
