That Jazz track was also on route 66 as well I am 63 yrs old and I remember this I love all be movies I am old 🏫 school I love this
This is one of the better ones .
The guitar playing sounds as if he could be the same player that done Beverly Hillbillies. As always Bob, thanks for posting and all your family does to bring us all the great westerns.
According to Wikipedia the Shotgun Slade ran from 1959 to 1961 and had 78 episodes in syndication.
After watching a few episodes I began to wonder if this show was supposed to be a Sam Slade type of "modern" detective series, but was rejected and then refurbished as a western. For some reason other than a period custom change someone decided to keep the 1950's jazz soundtrack and story lines intact.
BW movies are the great past for remembering good movies thank you
Vito Scotti as Rayon. He was a very funny guy as a rule.
Froggy the Gremlin used to torture Vito Scotti on the Andy's gang show ! Andy's Gang with Vito and Froggy had some very funny scenes for a children's show.
The background music sounds like 77 sunset strip. Shotgun Spade.
Same office as docs on Gunsmoke it sure does look like it
Route 66 music
Except for one thing in the television series Mr. Terry Scott Brady did not use a rifle he used that under over 12 gauge shotgun
A Rifle in the top Barrel a Shotgun in the other.
Old be movies are the best better than this junk we have now
Mr Rutherford on Leave it to Beaver.
Not really, Mistaken Identity.
Towards the end, I could not see who did what to who. Too dark.
bob terry, you need to put your audio level for the introduction down, and the echo is annoying
