Bodycam footage shows an officer responding to a call after someone reported a suspicious male walking on the side of the road. The man, Marcel Shazier, told police he was supposed to get picked up by his girlfriend. The officer brought Shazier back to his residence and was greeted by his girlfriend, Jessie Stevens. Stevens says she allegedly couldn’t get the car to start which is why she couldn’t pick up Shazier. The officer believed that she could be under the influence of alcohol and asked her to perform field sobriety tests. After she performed poorly on these tests, he then placed her under arrest for physical control of a motor vehicle.

If they take her into jail, can't they draw her blood to see how intoxicated she is, which will also determine if she has cocaine, or meth in her system, IF she won't fess up to what she's taken up her nose?

This poor guy. He got stranded, had an asthma attack, had to be picked up by police and taken back to his girlfriend’s house, got kicked off of the property immediately after the asthma attack, and he's apologizing to her because she was preparing to drive a vehicle under the influence (allegedly). I hope this young man gets far away from this family. They have no true concern for him. They do not like him, clearly. He's better off without them.

To the officer who helped him: Thank you for being so decent - it means alot, especially when we sometimes see people mistreated. He desperately needs his Albuterol inhaler asap - and his girlfriend to help him! Her lack of concern for him is alarming. It depends on if the keys are in the ignition. If ever sitting in a car after you’ve been drinking, remove the keys from the ignition. My cousin got cooked, sitting in the driveway, lights on, music playing. I asked the cop saying the same thing you said and this is what he told me.

She didn't admit to driving. She wasn't driving. She was sitting in the vehicle with the keys in the ignition. If she didn't have the keys in the ignition, she would not have been arrested.

Yeah, pretty sure she would've made the situation more dramatic than it needed to be if she immediately started telling the police to get off her dad's property. It's not like they were there to conduct a warrant-less search, and her dad didn't seem to mind their presence. She shouldn't have been sitting in the car with the key in the ignition if she was under the influence anyways. That right there could give any cop probable cause and authority to arrest regardless of whether you're on private property or not.
