Made my mouth water!!!! Glad they cut them into small pieces at the end. I would have done a terrible job. Kimchi was green, was that with green chili peppers instead or another ingredient? Add this meal to my bucket list!!!
cynthia kent it’s called water kimchi ( doesn’t seem to have the red pepper in it) I’ve bought it before at my local Hmart here, but I like regular red kimchi better

양대창은 왜이렇게 맛있는 걸까요 저는 곱창 대창 막창 중에 대창이 젤 맛있더라구요.. 비싸서 자주 먹진 못하지만 너무 맛있는 것 같아요 ㅠㅠ 손질부터 구이까지 보고싶었는데 영상 찍어주셔서 감사합니다!
어쨰서 대창이 이렇게 맛있는가에 대한 의견입니다. 진화론적으로 봤을 때 인간(특히 호모사피엔스)은 거대 초식동물들을 주식으로 먹었습니다. 메머드가 대표적이죠. 유발하라리의 '사피엔스'를 읽어보면 호모 사피엔스가 아프리카에서 유럽, 아시아, 아메리카, 오세아니아로 진출할 때마다 거의 동시적으로 메머드를 비롯한 거대 나무늘보와 같은 종들이 멸종했습니다. 우리 선조들이 다 잡아먹은거죠.
그렇다면 인간은 왜 거대 초식동물들을 주식으로 삼았을까요? 거대 초식동물들은 지방이 아주 많습니다. 크기가 클 수록 지방 함량은 높았습니다. 인간은 늑대나 호랑이, 사자 등과는 달리 단백질 대신에 지방을 주 에너지원으로 삼았습니다. 뇌가 수분20% 지방 80%로 구성되는데 인간이 지적으로 발달할 수 있었던 것도 그런 이유가 작용했던 것이 아닐까요? 어쨌든 인간은 거대 초식동물들을 잡아먹으며 그 지방에서 에너지와 영양분을 챙겼습니다. 그런 역사속에서 진화해온 우리가 소의 지방을 맛있게 느끼는 것은 어찌보면 진화론적으로 당연한 결과라 생각합니다.

참기름이랑 설탕을 굳이 용기에 넣어서 래핑까지하고 그 위에 펜으로 굳이 참기름, 설탕 써둔거보고 방송찍는다해서 위생적이라고 어필할라고 하는 쇼인게 너무 느껴져버렷다..
매장일은 효율있게 일해도 할일이 태산인데, 넣기 직전에 용량 맞춰서 넣는 재료를 굳이 다른 용기에 소분시키고 랩핑까지해서 보관하는건 이상하잖아요.?
