I’m in the process of making the same manifold. I don’t use a roof pump, mine will be for my 12 v pump and downstreaming. I’m going to have one side go to the injector and the other side go to the pump. I also just ordered all the stuff to make the downstream shut off valve you did in another video. A blend manifold will work well with a 12v pump but I'm not so sure about a downstream injector setup. Downstreaming will probably cut your mix too much. Think about whatever ratio your downstream injector is. Some can be as much as 10:1 water to soap. You normally have to batch-mix a cleaning solution when you're downstreaming to get the proper ratio. If you start with a straight 12% SH mix, cut it 50-50 with water you now have a 6% mix in you batch mix tank. Cut that again with a downstream injector to get down to 1-3% house wash mix. If you want to wash roofs, a downstream injector just won't produce a strong enough mix. Anyway, I hope that helps.
I intend to build the same manifold for my 12 volt pump and downstreaming for house washes . You can use it for downstreaming . Just put a banjo fitting so you can switch from your 12 volt pump to the downstreaming injector on your pressure washer . See Mike Oleyn’s RUclips videos . He does this. Adjust the SH , water and soap accordingly . I DS straight SH and little soap so I will shut the water off, put the SH full strength and slightly turn the soap until I get what I am looking for .

@@neptuneclean I also just found that Blue Line Pressure Washing makes the manifold with an aluminum block with two valves to simply open / close the process you are using . Thank you for your videos! I just built the remote downstream injector based on your video. I also intend on adapting your build using the Maker Pipe parts to support an aluminum diamond plate box for my 12v pump and to hold a plate for the manifold and remote DS injector box . Thank you for your inspiration .
Thanks! I have to confess I had to change the configuration of the manifold. I had the water inlet in the wrong spot. It needed to be the first location so that it pulled across the soaps in order to create a vacuum with this new Zeta P85 pump.
