I love that!!! I thought Eddm was gonna be the ticket since the family and I agree this area doesn’t support yard signs and the amount of noise in the area is with the bandit signs is way to much. I hope you log it so when they call you can easily schedule it

I’ve tried unsolicited bids for residential like that as well. It didn’t turn up much business. The really dirty ones seem to stay really dirty, or they didn’t want to pay my rates.

Hey like any type of marketing. You've got to have a large sampling to gauge its effectiveness. Think of it this way, if you spend $150 on 500 door hangers you only need one job to pay for them so start playing the numbers game. I just landed my first one this season and it was for $300.

This works! I just closed a $300 house wash for a home I dropped a flyer off to last week. Drop of two or three a day when you're in the neighborhood and you're bound to get one. Spend the day dropping them off and I guarantee you'll land some jobs.

So the day I recorded this I put out 4 door hanger estimates. One week later I sold one of the jobs and then up-sold a deck restoration that we're doing this week. Total revenue will be $550. Not bad for 4 door hangers.
