25:30 how did you get ahold of the smallest ripe watermelon in the entire universe
ikr
be amazed, pls tell us where did you get the watermelon
Riyal
Fr 😂
Many stores sell them, they're personal sized watermelons. Great for just one person.
As a person who never used Tik-Tok (and never will), i can just say these people are crazy
Yeah
Same
Most of these were on RUclips before tik tok tbh
Yeah Crazy Stupid 😂
guess you haven't seen 5-minute crafts
OH MY GOD A HAND REVEAL
OH MY GOD A MSTERBATYON TOOL REVEAL
OMG A SHUT YOUR MOUTH REAVEAL
There's been a foot reveal before too
There is been a nose revealed to
OMG
The best way to separate yolks is to use the shells and basicaly just pour the youlk from one to another for like 3 times and you have a seperated yolk without shit on your fingers.
yup I can relate here
I used to use the shell, but It’s nearly impossible to keep from getting egg on your fingers. Simply using your hand is the absolute best way! You get 99% of the white off and it’s super quick! You don’t have to worry about getting any shell in it, or it possibly breaking moving it back and forth. Also, you still have a bit of egg white left with the shell method.
Funny how most of these tricks have been around forever, yet kids on tictok make it seem they invented the wheel...
Facts, though some ppl actually don't know these things regardless of age so it's still informative to a lot.
What they said
I love how some of these "Tiktok trends" are things most adults have been doing since before the Internet. 😂
Edit: Okay, that chicken tendon removal hack is actually pretty freakin cool!
That chicken tendon trick is actually in my great-grandmother's cookbooks... printed in 1933.
We had household tips books. 😃
My dad and I have been doing the towel rolling one for a long time, way before TikTok
@@Forever064 Same! Me and my mom. 😊
Yup, alot of these my family has been doing for yearssssss lol
Besides using a spade bit when peeling the apple, your first attempts show you turning the apple 'into' the peeler while your successful attempts show you correctly having the apple turn 'away' from the peeler.
Yep!! He's not very bright is he, I was shouting that at the screen!🤣🤣
I had to go looking for this comment. I was yelling at the screen too. 😅😅
This is what I came to the comments to see. When he said, "You might have noticed something I didn't," I thought that he was going to admit to peeling in the wrong direction. Then he talked about the drill bit...
Rubbing stainless steel on your hands gets rid of garlic smell
This is true. I've done this for years. Some stores even carry a small block of stainless steel called "Onion Off" that's shaped like a small bar of soap so you don't have to use your knives for the purpose.
You don't need a fancy block or one of those soaps made out of stainless steel, to do this! Just run your hands on your kitchen faucet for a few, and it takes them smell right away!
Cool I didn't know that. Thanks for the advice.
Yes. True, as long as your faucet is truly stainless steel and not chrome, brass or plastic. The main thing is that it must be stainless steel.
so if i drink molten steel itll remove the smell of the garlic bread i ate yesterday
The orange juice pouring hack is the same as pouring motor oil.
A trick known since 1888 :)
Probably where it came from. A lot of hacks for "oh this works for this other thing too" is usually where it's from.
Just don’t get them mixed up
28:49 apparently, the narrator did not realize it also works for milk. . .
@Femaiden hahaha! Good catch! 😂😂
to get rid of garlic smell on your fingers, wash your hands with stainless steel. you can use a fork, spoon, your sink if it's the right material. They also sell soap-shaped stainless steel bits for that purpose
Gets rid of onion smell as well
What is the science behind this
The apple on a drill breaks my brain on how wildly dangerous it is
I guess if your using your temple to balance the other side of the apple??? How is it incredibly dangerous?
@@Brandon240Kelly I don't have the time nor the crayons to explain this to you
It bothers me that he already learned about the way to pour milk on a carton but still he did not use it on the cereal hack hahaha
An alternate way to stop a pot from boiling over is to lay a wooden spoon across the top of the pot. The foam stops as soon as it touches the wood.
A hundred years ago when I waited tables, we regularly had to "marry" ketchup bottles (that is, combine half-used with more until it was full). The way we would get ketchup out of the bottles is to shake it upside down with the cap securely on. When you open the cap, the ketchup comes right out. Even and accurately enough to pour some from one bottle into the other.
yeah I find out about it myself few years back lmao didn't know other ppl do that too
I've seen waitstaff doing this at restaurants before but didn't know it was called " marry" the ketchup bottles lol. That's so cute.
I kind of like the sound of that trick better! No tippity tap tap tapping !
How old is you now?
That's a recipe for food poisoning.
Different hands lol. So dang which ones are your hands!! 😂
We seen his body in some videos to but pretty sure those were different in different videos. Seems like the voice has even been different.
The work may never know
Am I the only one who's used the ketchup bottle trick for decades?
ETA: Also the ice to help remove gum. I remember this being done to get gum out of a carpet when I was a kid.
Yeah the gum would stiffen due to low temperatures and loose its stickiness allowing it to be freely removed.
Warning, the bees wax one doesn't work during the summer if you live anywhere it gets even remotely hot. The wax will melt all over your shoe and your feet.
Giving you an instant bees' wax pedi. Win win! (Unless you're wearing socks I guess...)
@@QTGetomov Who doesn't war socks with their sneakers? That's just barbarian. I bet you don't take your shoes off when entering your home, either. ..and keep them on when you place your feet on the bed or sofa.
Easy way to get onion and garlic smells off your hand: Stainless steel soap bar.
Also, for people who don't know. Chop onions with a damp towel next to you and those teary eyes are no more!
Or, just rub your hands on your kitchen faucet for a minute or two, concentrating on the parts that were in contact with the onion/garlic, and that takes the smell away too. Also, if the wet paper towel doesn't work, try cutting onions while the cold water is running in kitchen sink. Works like a charm for me every time.
the second one sometimes works but what? steel soap bar? nah just wipe your a$$ with a bare hand and dont clean up, its guaranteed to *displace* the garlic smell.
Imagine using garlic for the egg when making smt sweet 💀
"Yummyyy."🤦♂️
😄👍
Throw an onion in there at this point 🙃
Please give me a shout out
Just what I thought, like biscuits or a cake.....with garlic seasoning. Yuuuuukk!!
Ok but seriously do people not know that you can just switch the yolk back and forth between each of the shell halves and it will separate it without the yolk breaking (he showed a clip of it after the first egg hack)
I thought the juice pouring one was common knowledge by now, and it was actually my mom who tought me. My mom who ISN'T on TikTok by the way. I don't even think she know what a TikTok is... and I envy her.
8:34 I have a foolproof method of extracting egg contents from an egg:
1: firmly tap the egg a few times on it's side on the edge of a sturdy bowl.
2: place your thumb into the opening
3: pull your hands away from one another, letting the contents fall into the bowl.
I've used this method for quite a number of years, and had eggshell in the egg only twice.
a caveat: for the bowl, I recommend bowls like the one you'd eat cereal out of.
haha this is just standard protocol in my region.
@@infinite4809 absolutely necessary protocol for "real eggs" from the farm. You dont wash or refrigerate fresh eggs. They last longer at room temperatures with day and night fluctuations. Harvest and handle with gloves to avoid getting oil from your skin on them, and store out of direct sunlight, and, people are amazed how long they last. Fertile eggs can even be incubated several months after laid, and, still hatch healthy chicks. All that said, when im ready to crack one open, i brush off any dried on chicken chit with a paper towel, wet my hands with rubbing alcohol , then carefully crack it with the edge of the counter pretty easily with no mess. Good farm eggs stored properly have a TOUGH membrane that the shell doesn't separate from easily like refrigerated eggs,,,, and, fresh eggs are delicious. Its worth a little anal retentiveness to mitigate the chance of chit born bacteria, to have eggs that dont taste like a toxic waste dump.
just put gummed up clothes and shoes in the freezer, leave a whileand it just comes off without wetting the items with melting ice.
I've used the foil in the battery compartment hack and it does work. Best for small things tho, mine was the star for the Christmas tree.
I just used the old copper wire.
I can confirm it works also. I had frayed battery cables on my ferrari, which made the receptors blow out from the electric shock.
A clump of foil in each and I was going 180 miles in no time before my car blew up!
I died, of course. ...But it worked!
The water melon hack would have worked better if you had a bigger watermelon
5:49 if you can’t separate the while and yolk while cracking the egg, just use an empty water bottle to suction up the yolk. Gently squeeze the bottle to get some air out, and then let it re-inflate once the mouth of the bottle is touching the yolk.
Yeah, they showed that afterwards...
did you stop watching right then haha
Instead of throwing an ice cube in the pan you can put a wooden spoon on the pan. Same effect.
Not everyone has wooden spoons, but most everyone has ice cubes. I love this one, definitely going to do it when my pasta threatens to boil over.
Dont do this to oil tho...
@@Bullminator This is true though you shouldn't put oil in with your pasta. It makes it hard for the sauce to stick to it.
You know that you can just buy shoe wax right? You don't need to try to track down beeswax
Actually, any form of wax will work since all forms of wax are waterproof. Some forms are just more convenient to apply than others.
RIP the one piece of cereal that did not make it into the bowl
Tomato ketchup flows better when chilled, but Mayonnaise flows better at room temperature.
The towel folding. Wow, all those years of panic were wasted. I also really liked the tee shirt folding trick.
The watermelon trick was absolutely amazing. And finally, I peel the skin off an apple with a particularly sharp tooth. After consuming the skin, I eat the apple. I've done it ever since I was a kid.
I love your channel, Bart. Every video is a revelation.
The Heinz one isn't really a hack when the company itself states that is why the 57 is positioned there. It's like saying a hack to cook food is to put it in an oven.
20:06 Most sewing kits come with a small looped wire that makes it very easy to thread. Other people will use a little bit of hairspray or clothes starch to make the end of the thread stiff and sleek
28:39 he poured the milk before the cereal😭
Bro that wasn’t him 💀
What do you mean?
Me?
I like soggy cereal so I’m gonna stick to just milk by itself
Yes to the garlicky fingers. A steel bar that’s like a bar of soap. It’ll neutralise the odour
You can also just rub your garlicky fingers against a steel cooking pot.
@@El_Ophelia Or if your sink or faucets are stainless steel.
@@Terahnee Yep! That works too
Hacks start at 1:25
Nice!
I saw the hold down your finger to correct the circle
Yes, that's how the trick works.
Floordrobe lmao 🤣 that's awesome
I honestly thought that the one with pouring liquids out of those boxes is just a common sense and not a lifehack. 😂😂
Many of these are…makes you wonder…😟
I've always had troubles threading needles despite all of the hacks I've tried before finally coming up with my own There's things called flossers (they're for flossing your teeth if you have braces or other dental work) They are shaped just like huge eye needle although made of a flimsy material Stick long "needle part" into eye of needle and yarn in eye part of flossed and pull through Very similar to old hair thing of same shape. They sell flossers most places with toothbrush I usually go to Walgreens get them in large number container and are reusable so 1 thing can last forever.
I know those things! They look like little guitars? ...So I stick the sharp part that looks like a needle straight into my eye, and then I put the needle into my eye as well? I might try that! 😃
@ 10 mins (around that time regarding the apple peeler) It helps to have the peeling edge and direction of the apples spinning to go in the correct directions
One useful hack is if you have a good quality aluminum skillet with a dead no-stick coating, season the inside of the skillet the same way as cast iron.
Coat the inside with a thin layer of oil (I use grapeseed), bake at 500 F for an hour, repeat until the inside is a glossy uniform black (same as seasoning cast iron).
I usually do my cast iron at the same time just to get a maximum return for the effort. I also season pizza tins.
That apple peeler hack works great if you use the right bit. Use a bit with a wide tip and not just an ordinary drill bit.
Why can't Americans handle eggs like normal people? Just... why?
The only collab I am still waiting for: be amazed and north of the border. Cmon guys, we all know it needs to happen.
Yeah but, 2:08
When a little bottle of Pom juice is like $10 it might just be easier to juice your own. Although I'd try finding a easier more efficient way to do it.
😄👍
Yeah a bottle of POM is $10 - but to get the same amount of juice is going to take over $10 worth of fruit.
BE AMAZED, you should make a series of this!
Absolutely marvellous, the narrator of this video, turned a simple cucumber into a glorious work of Art. If that alone, doesn't deserve a like, you can't have a heart.
Thank you, thank you! It was without a doubt the highlight of my life
@@BeAmazed I'm questioning how boring your life is if that is the highlight of your life... oh well, GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Not sure his effort could be called a 'spiral' though, more a sort of.....erm.....'thing'🤣
😂 Needle threaders are very cheap, and work very well. Usually included with any sewing kit.
I thought pouring juice out of a carton using the way it’s shaped was common sense just like when you pour oil out of a quart bottle of oil. Never knew anyone that had to be taught that lmao
I never knew this. It was news to me lol. But did make perfect sense once i saw it. Just never cared enough to think about it.
The bit used in the TikToks for the apple thing is called a spade bit.
Ummmmmm, you can also put the gum-encrusted clothing in the freezer for about an hour.
Easiest way to thread a needle is to make sure you cut your length of thread with sharp scissors. It’s the tiny fibers in the thread that make it challenging.
Been folding the towel before there was internet 😂
Why did the hipster burn his tongue?
Because he was eating Hot Pockets BEFORE it became cool!
@@bentonrp 😂😂😂
18:03 Maybe it’s just from working retail; but it’s still quick, easy, and super clean to just use a folding board. You don’t even have to buy one, you can make one. It’s just a square/rectangle of this (finished) wood, plastic, or sturdy cardboard in the shape/size you want your folded shirts to be. If you have trouble with the arms, there are boards you can purchase that have extra flaps attached.
To get the garlic smell off use lemon juice
Nice!
@@DrakeLavenderZXShorts Or if your sink or faucets are stainless steel, rub your hands over them. Sounds weird, but it works. You can also buy a piece of stainless steel 'soap', but I've always lived where the sinks were stainless steel so never needed to get one.
not into commenting, but you deserve one for the algorithm given the sheer commitment to the channel
Technically nobody watched the entire video yet
Yeah still!
What's most surprising is that anyone on TikTok has enough brains to hack anything.
Thanks for videos
Same!
I think I would make a big mess if I turned the orange juice container around

Ok
Easiest way to separate the yolk from the egg whites is to use the eggshell. For garlicky hands, wipe your hands on something stainless steel and the odor will be gone. They make stainless steel bars for this purpose 👍
Love it! You are like a modern day MythBuster! Glad to have you back Jaime and Adam 😁
I love that you actually do the work for every clip!!!!! The research makes me feel so satisfied like a completed worksheet
3:35. it also works if you turn the carton in its side. for those of us who drive, pouring washer fluid into the washer bottle, from a 5ltr container, you simply pour the liquid into the washer bottle from the side in the same was as the juice seen here.
that first egg 'hack' (6:40) quite possibly didnt work because you used too many fingers. so rather than trying to pick it up the same way it was done in the video, you chose to stab at it which was always going to break the 'skin' without any problem! just a thought.............
To get rid of the smell of onions or garlic, rub your hands over your metal taps in the kitchen. You can also buy a bar of metal “Soap” to do the same thing.
With the apple, you're going the wrong way. Either switch the way your peeler is going or reverse the drill direction.
Exactly! I'm so tired of these people who act like they never drilled an apple before!
I always love these videos. Especially on an off day. I end up watching other videos.
To remove stubborn odors from onions, garlic or fish, wash your hands with toothpaste containing baking soda for maximum efficiency.
I've always wondered how you release so many videos so regularly , when you tube gets boring I know there will be plenty of hilarious and educative options to choose from on your channel. I appreciate your hard work
Hair can be useful for threading needles. You just have to fold and insert to the needle whole then insert the thread.
The fact that be amazed credited his own videos is pretty funny💀💀
People who have orange juice in a box like that probably drink milk from a bag. 😂😂😂😂
Love ya Canada!!!
A trick for removing odors from kitchen ingredients such as garlic is to rub it on the body of a faucet. I dont know how it works but I tried it & it does.
Why do so many people not know about egg toppers? They were made specificly to easily remove the top portion of the shell of hard-boiled, soft-boiled, and raw eggs.
That garlic egg hack is stupid. most of the time eggs are separated for desserts so garlic smell is the last thing you want.
This guy never run out of new content and by never i hope nere
P.s ples do a face reveal reveal
I've known about the towel thing for years.

Stainless steel "soap" bar gets smells off your hands with no soap needed.
Rubbing a spoon on your fingers gets the smell of garlic off them. If you do it under running water it works even better.
Alright let me go get my pomegranate that I totally always have in my pocket
I LOVE THIS CHANNEL
Yes! - I know how to get the garlic stench off your fingers. - Works 100 percent and it's easy.
After chopping garlic with a decent kitchen knife, clean the knife simply under cold running water using your finger tips until the kife is clean. - VOILÀ: - Just make sure: COLD, CARBON STEEL, NO SOAP. - Does not work with: ceramic knives, mild steel, plastic. - Btw. that's the reason why you never should eat caviar with a silver spoon, or your breakfast egg. Silver, the same as carbon steel, removes odor and - unfortunately - taste as well...
You can take batteries from old disposable that are rechargeable and hook them to anything that takes 2 aa/aaa batteries and make it rechargeable. I do it with lots of remotes.
Are they still putting ketchup in glass bottles... ? What's wrong with a squeeze baby ?
The best way to remove garlic fragrance from your hands is rubbing them on stainless steel, like a faucet
17:49 that's something that's taught in retail when clothes are involved 💀
No eggs were harmed durning the filming of this video.
Love it my fav channel
FYI the oj trick is even better when applied to oil and antifreeze and windshield washer fluid in your car
I tried out the t-shirt folding hack after rewatching that part 5 times over and it worked for me too! I'm adding this video to my favorites pile for use in the future!
I'll be sure to try the chicken tendon thing. Looks great.
my mum always told me that if i got gum on a piece of clothing that putting it in the freezer also helps remove it easily
If you don't have tin foil to bridge the AAA battery, you can break off the ring from a soda can and bend it in half. I did that once. Anything the right size will work.
be warned of the beeswax trick, your shoes will be sticky
Ah, yes... the "Flat head wiiiiide bit" or... "paddle bit" to everyone else
The egg dropping does work. On its side, and only from a height just enough to crack it. Same as tapping on a flat surface
