To buy costumes, you'll need rare souls which are the yellow ones. You can select a character and click on costume to see their available costumes. Some costumes were limited time like the Konosuba collab and Danmachi Collab so those are not available anymore.
That's normal. It's normally to have a lot especially when you just started since you're leveling fast and getting more stamina each level up which slowly diminishes over time. Later on, if you start to get really lazy with farming, then it can also be easy to accumulate a lot of stamina if you're not farming much. It's not a bad idea to save your stamina for 3x events but for most people, I'd just farm when you can.
What's the question here? Each week the boss is a different element with different immunities so the team composition will be different each week. This is just 1 example of one of the weeks.

I might be wrong but I think I remember reading the demon tower difficulty scales with wherever you're at in adventure, so the further you get in adventure, the harder it gets. There's 2 difficulties, novice and expert and currently a max of 12 floors. Even me, an end game player, who has all characters max rebirthed, has difficulty completing all 12 on expert. You get more coins on the later floors than the earlier floors. Expert does give more coins in total, but not a crazy amount to where you should stress yourself trying to optimize everything all day. It's not worth it. For a late game player like me who cannot easily defeat all 12 on expert without spending a ton of time, there's 2 strats. I can either use my good comps to clear majority of the earlier floors but then I would not have strong teams for the later floors. At which I will have to switch to novice. Or I can opt to switch to novice for some of the middle to late floors and save my best teams to beat expert on the later floors which gives more coins than earlier floors. If you're a new player then you can probably handle only novice. Note 3 and 4 star characters are highly buffed for demon tower exclusively. Does this mean you should invest in them? No. You should be using your resources to invest in your 5 stars. You can use exp potions to get the 3-4 stars to their max level, but don't worry about rebirthing or upgrading their stats. Other than that, if you're just going through novice, then try to balance your team's and have a variety. For example, save your healers when you can for the later floors. Try not to have all warriors or all mages unless you have to. It sucks later on when you get to a floor that is physical immune, and you find out you used Most of your mages earlier.
Starting at 10b and every subsequent 20b increment so 30b,50,70,90,110,130, and so on, she goes into an "active skill state" where she charges it for 10 seconds. During this time she puts up a shield which can be seen by the yellow bar. In order to stop her from ulting, you need to destroy the shield within the 10s. Her active skill basically 1 shots your team so you don't want it to go off. The only option is to destroy the shield. With each 20b increment, the shield gets larger so you need more burst damage.
You keep farming adventure stage 280+. They have very low drop rates so it might take awhile. You can also get some through various shops like raid shop or event shops.

Right now the current meta Is all archer team using Eros, Psyche, and 2 other archers. Getting Eros to start would probably be the best choice.

You can farm those through repeatedly doing adventure mode. You can set it so that it repeats the same stage over and over again.

@@ferdii_ they drop in dimensional labyrinth as well. Certain weapons drop only after lab 1000+, 1100, 1110, 1120, and 1130+
