Are u using one of them 360 cameras as there’s some footage where it looks like ur holding a stick, and camera position is following u, with a shake to it
thank you. yes I recorded the audio on the tascam dr40x with the on board stereo mics and a lavalier. it makes a world of a difference. I love when a car drives by and you can feel like you are there.
What do you use to sync up the edit while on the road? When you were doing your “Minute of Your Day” videos I was really impressed with your quick turn around workflow.
@@JB-ys8mj when I was the Francigena I was recording with a shotgun mic on top of the camera. no need to sync the audio on that one. it's impossible on the Camino de Santiago, at least for me, to edit the updates. there is simply no time if you decide to hang out with other pilgrims (you should).
We were 6 weeks behind you on the VF and just finished the Norte about a month ago. I did little home videos with my Insta360 but the audio wasn’t that good. I just got the new iPhone11 Pro with hopes of getting rid of some weight. Planning on the 99 temple walk in Japan for a dual Compostela for the future.

@@JB-ys8mj the insta360 is great but yeah the audio is no good. I'm also looking into the the two caminos in japan.
Are on the Camino Portuguese good spots for flying drone?
this was in 2019. plenty of spots to get great shots along the way.
