@@chatwithtisa They are all in the positives 😁... Eish I'm just waiting for the crypto one to go back up. It's in the negative🤦🏾♀️ but it's starting to pick up again
Great. Well done. Don't forget the JSE is the company that runs the stock exchange, it's not the index as such. For that you would have to buy an ETF (e.g. Satrix Top 40 or Divi Plus) to have a nice broad range of shares.
I've recently started investing in August if I'm not mistaken and I came across your videos today. I think I'll stick by your side cause you're a definate plug ❤️😉
Good stuff 👌🏽👏🏽... you just gotta play the long game, easy money results in impulsive decisions. Also greed is a bad trait to carry into an investment, no stock goes up indefinitely if you see your investment has grown substantially, it’s better to pull out profits to reinvest on other potential investment to diversify your portfolio and reduce your concentration risk, but also with that in mind you don’t want to invest in a large number of shares.
Great. I like the idea of diversifying, both within SA and internationally. So perhaps 50% international (your MSCI China, an MSCI World ETF, perhaps Coreshares Total World ETF), then 50% local - and across sectors (mining, finance, property REIT, retail, manufacturing, etc.). Or, to be simple - a Sygnia MSCI World ETF(10.37% over the past year - plus dividends!), and a local Satrix RAFI 40 ETF (40.57% over one year).
Thank you Robin 😊 I agree with spreading out your investments and going offshore and local, we are lucky that we have access to great ETFs that can help us to that very easily.

@@chatwithtisa By the way I withdrawn 80% of my investment on the SAB new BEE listing based on more obtained knowledge about the share price being over valued at 180 per share. Hi Tisa can you please tell me how does ETF payout work when investing in ETF. Do you get payout monthly or after certain period of time like after a year or two years please help me understand. Thank you.
hi... thanks for such insightful infor but if i could ask, if you put more money into a company uve invested in already whats the difference as compared to investing into a new company? i need clarity in this area... im new to this and still doing my research.
Hi Katlego, thanks for your question. It’s great to add more money to a company that you’ve already invested in for example, I’ve invested money into Purple group, I believe that their share price which is R1.46 (according to the price today at this moment) can grow in the future, so I buy their shares and as the share price grows so does the profit I make, but maybe I only had R20 to invest at that time, so whenever I get extra money I keep investing in this company again. It’s also okay to invest in a new company but it’s good to add money to those companies which you feel you want to invest more money in. That extra money that you add will also gain profit as the share price of the company grows. If you need a further explanation please let me know 😊
Thank you very much for your knowledge. My question is, If you could buy a share and it gets profit but later you don't get time to access your easi equity then the shares drops to negative... Does that mean you can lose the money you bought shares with even that profit?
Hi Sithembiso, great question and the answer is quite long, but I’ve summarized it quite well in this video below, please click the link to watch it and comment on whether this answered your question or not 😇ruclips.net/video/L8AGLolKAwE/видео.html
Dude you're a gem. I'm too young to be having a crush😩, especially one that likes money so much😂🙈. But thanks for everything. I'll be hella sure to share this page with others. One love😊✌🏾
Tiso I have a question, so there's this one u said doesn't give u profit so you'll take it out. How does that work, are u able to take the one that doesn't give u profit and how do u do that, does that mean you're going to start everything afresh since you'll withdraw?
Hey Mcebisi, so I always mention how investing on the stock market has its ups and downs, those ups and downs are profits and losses, when you choose to sell off the shares you own you need to make a decision of whether your taking the losses or will wait till the company performs better and is at a profit. Sometimes I sell at a loss and invest elsewhere but most times I wait it out. I hope you understand what I've written 😊
You make everything so easy Tisa.. would you recomend one to buy more ETFs or individual shares? I am confused a bit I am just throwing my amounts here and there in my demo account...seeing some growth and decreases is a bit of an emotional game..How often should one check your portfolio?
I’d say both, I enjoy buying individual shares more because if the excitement of dividends and possibly high profits, I’ll make time to discuss the two in a video. I understand the emotions, set a goal for yourself about how many shares you would like to buy and keep building those shares. I mentioned this in the August investment video. Also take some breaks from checking your portfolio, be very patient, you’ll have to in order to see growth and learn.
@@chatwithtisa Alright thanks Tisa ! yes I heard you say you want like 100 shares in each of your companies/EFTs...that's awesome ,need to set my goals too.
Great content sis. I have a question, when you invest monthly, do you invest within the same company or maybe you find new companies to invest on, on a monthly basis
Great question Ntabdokazi 😊 I decide bars on what the market looks like, if there’s an opportunity to buy more shares of a particular company at a cheaper price then I might allocate more money there, sometimes I use the money to invest in new companies etc. So I’ve decided to share what I do with my funds monthly and here’s the January video ruclips.net/video/YDtsbqqafqE/видео.html
I want to know. For instance if u buy a share of 2000 when it low.and within a month is increases, do I sell my share and wait to buy another shares whn its low or I need keep the previous shares to avoid it not to loss value
Good question 😊 your shares will gain and loose value on a daily basis, there are various factors that influence that, you loose money if you sell your shares at a loss, when there’s profit you could sell some of the shares if you want to or keep the shares for a longer time period.
Hello malady. I recently bought shares from AFRICAN RAINBOW CAPITAL. I WISH TO KNOW HOW CAN I CHECK WHEN DOES THEIR FINANCIAL YEAR ENDS. AS IN WHEN DO THEY PAY DIVIDENDS?
On the phone app, how do one withdraw your money just back into the account, to reinvest in other brands, or just to reinvest in a low again? So I don't want the money, just want to take it out on a high.
Hey Reynard, you can do that, just sell the shares, the money will reflect in your balance and you just buy something else, don’t request a withdrawal, in the video where I sold my EC10 I think I showed that as well.
Hi Tisa bumped into your video and it was very informative. What I don't get is that on your capitec and EC10 holding. You made at least 90%+ profit but it does not add up for me. EC10 for example, you invested R40 484.54 and made 102.6% which is supposed to be R41537.14 instead it shows R20 501.82. Why is that?
The 1nvest Gold will perform well when we are having a bear market as gold hedges against a bear market. A bear market is a market that's red or performing badly.
One option means that your shares will be sold/ bought immediately (while the market is open) at whatever the current market price is and the other options means that whatever price you are seeing is what it will get bought or sold at but if that price I not available your order will pend (waiting for the price to get to that value) before it’s processed. I hope this explains it 😊✨
Hey Ronald, I explained which portion/ percentage of the investment was money that I made from profits, I also included screenshots. The EasyEquities platform is organized and structured in a very simple way that displays, your total portfolio value, percentage of gains or losses and the amount. I hope this helps you understand 😊 Thanks for watching.

EC10 for example, you invested R40 484.54 and made 102.6% which is supposed to be R41537.14 instead it shows R20 501.82. Why is that?
This was a great question Ojay and I think I’ll have to explain it in another video, thank you for being and attentive, active viewer😊✨
The 1nvest Gold will perform well when we are having a bear market as gold hedges against a bear market. A bear market is a market that's red or performing badly.
I’ll be patient, but I want to move away from commodities.
As tempting as it might be don't sell EC10
I won’t sell it yet, it’s dropped so low 🙈🙃
Sana you're beautiful and thankyou so much for this video ❤
You are welcome Lina, thank you 😊

I’m sorry, I don’t quite understand. Please explain this again. Did you manage to solve the problem?
Just found you… I love you vibe.
Hi Tisa
I please need you to explain to me what is the difference between market sell & bulk sell of shares?
One option means that your shares will be sold/ bought immediately (while the market is open) at whatever the current market price is and the other options means that whatever price you are seeing is what it will get bought or sold at but if that price I not available your order will pend (waiting for the price to get to that value) before it’s processed. I hope this explains it 😊✨
Informative video, thank you sis 😊. New subbie here ✋🏾
Welcome to the Chat With Tisa family Bongiwe 😇 Thanks for watching ☀️
Thank you sooo much 4 sharing ur a star!
You are welcome Joseph 😊
so how much in total did you put in???? 230k is whats in there what percentage growth have you had ??? very confusing .
