How To FIX Sound Not Working On Roku TV
1. One way is by performing a reset. On the Roku remote, press on the home button five times, then press the up button once, the rewind button twice and finally the forward button twice.
2. The screen should move as you press on the buttons then freeze. Wait for it to unfreeze. Do not press on any of the buttons on your remote. The screen should turn dark the the Roku logo will appear signifying a successful restart.
3. Alternatively, you can also reset your sound settings. Open the Settings menu. Then select System.
4. Under your System settings, choose Advanced System Settings. Then select Factory Reset. Enter in the code that will start the reset. This will reset everything and all your data will by wiped on your Roku TV.
