Dave may be a polarizing guy but he’s also one of the most authentic out there. I think that allows him to get an incredibly good read on people and see through their bullshit.

I am a business owner and I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had conversations just like this. Some of my employees answer with the same clueless answers. They can never see what they did wrong and they always have a response other than the correct one.

Basically he has feelings for Marina but Marina probably don't like him back in that way or he never expressed that to her and when he found out she was getting married he felt a type of way and distanced himself. That's what's up... Dave Portnoy is a very smart guy I'm sure he's already worked out that possibility in his mind but ofc he wouldn't say anything about that because that kinda thing is personal shit that those two would need to work out as friends privately, and ofc there's no evidence to support that's the case even if it's a strong possibility. All he could do is address their situation from a co-worker to co-worker perspective and how unethical and disrespectful it was.
