Milton days were before my time as a stoolie… I’ve seen plenty of old videos and read a ton about barstool history, but I’m not sure I’ve ever heard how Big Cat ended up at barstool. Can someone give me a brief history, or point me in the direction of a video or something that tells that story?

The more I watch I honestly don’t know how to root for Rico sometimes. They literally gave him 5 straight ideas for the entire month of March (his large month for his pod) and he just mopes and complains about something not related to what’s being discussed. Credit to big cat for dragging that

Big Cath nailed it at the 1:33.30 mark. Get the stuff others don’t do, behind the scenes with unknown players, stories of upsets, get players that only showed up in March Madness. Literally He’s writing the script for you to work it out.
Everyone gave Rico a great segment off the top of their head and the next words out of his mouth were negative backlash and not a single thank you or take it into consideration. There’s a reason why the podcast stinks and not taking feedback is the number why reason why entertainment fails.

Is Rico ever happy? He might be the most miserable guy alive.
I try my best to be a Ryder. Rico received an absolute master class for Big Cat and Dave on how to make a podcast successful, and he refuses to listen to it. He loves his basketball analogy's so here's one. Rico is the player with a little bit of talent, but needs to be coached up a bit to reach his full potential. Dan and Dave are literally HOF coaches when it comes to the world of podcasting/internet in general and have tried countless times to coach him up. Instead of listening to their advice, he takes it as a slight and complains about how the coach doesn't like him or care about him. Bench Mob is not successful because it's 2 people who aren't real basketball analysts who try to act like them, and Jake Marsh is a play by play announcer, not a podcast host.
Read your comment before I watched the segment and holy shit you weren't kidding. That was great to listen to and you're right, they gave him gold and I really hope he takes it. I'm not the biggest College hoops fan but love random sports stories, I would absolutely listen and watch videos about all the stories that Dave and Big Cat pitched.
