Two out-of-town Recruiters take on Nebraska staple, Runza | Atlas Eats | Atlas MedStaff

This week on Atlas Eats, two out-of-town recruiters, Trevor from the Dallas office and remote recruiter Ashley, take on the Nebraska staple, Runza Restaurants. Having never eaten there, the two were in for a treat.
They both tried an Original Runza Sandwich with Frings (a combination of onion rings and fries) on the side. The Runza Sandwich is essentially ground beef, mixed with cabbage and onions, inside bread that they bake at every Runza store every morning. Let's just say, they both enjoyed it.
So if you want to try something new and interesting like Runza, get out in your neck of the woods and check out some of the local restaurants in your area. It's like Trevor said, "it's what the adventure is about."
Also, Eric Johnson, Trevor would love it if you could get a Runza restaurant into the Dallas area.
