This would be a massive massive upgrade from the Feker Alice any day. And switching over isn't gonna be an issue since the Feker alice is already a tented alice. It'll be a night and day difference in feel and sound too!
does anyone know what sort of stabs are compatible with the neo ergo? will regular screw in stabs work like the mode stabs or do i have to get plate mount stabs
Do you have Botanical 2 on your Neo80? Hah... if so we have the same which continues the theme as we both put Striker 2 on blue GEM80s if I remember correctly. I have my Ergo coming in Green and planning to use Osume Matcha or GMK Lime which once again is very similar to the cap set you used on the silver... very nice Wonderful review as always! Very excited because I've been hoping Qwertykeys would build something like this for quite a while.
I just ordered one this morning. I really really shouldn't have. But this is one of my dream boards the ergo shape is perfect. Going to try and make it as thocky as possible.
Nice vid mate. 2+ minutes (7:30-9:42) for a sound test is pretty egregious though. Anything more than 15-20 or so seconds per config is essentially bloat unless it's in a separate sound test video (which I highly recommend you do since clearly you're very thorough in testing each sound region of the board) Exception I guess for actual long format reviews, like black Simon But not a quarter the length of the rest of the video
Thanks as always Jammies! I guess 2 minutes is a bit long 😅 Typically for sound tests I set Monkeytype to run for like 15ish seconds then I do the mods test followed by keymashing, I just didn't get to set the timer on this new PC I just put together just yet so it ran the full 30 seconds kind of extending things quite a bit haha. For the next video I'll be sure to keep it a bit shorter to avoid overextending things~
Am I mistaken or are those gap filler light diffusers installed from the wrong side? I was under the impression that they should be installed from under the plate, but I could be mistaken. There was some controversy about this when the build guide first came out, but I heard they had clarified the instructions a while back. I haven't verified all that myself though
Yeah I did install them on the wrong side initially haha. I did clarify that in the video. To install em you really gotta poke the longer ends through the underside of the plate before popping the switches on I just popped em on like that since I was really planning on taking them off and turning off the RGB lighting anyways.
So lucky you got one.
Planning to upgrade from my Feker alice

That's a lovely deskmat ;)
man I would love a full size tented alice style keyboard.
Jeez!! The sound on this setup is magnificent
Acrylic wrist rest is so cool looking
I wouldn’t say the carrying case is “really high quality” but it’s nice that it’s included
Would have def loved to hear the pp plate with just case foam. Solid review tho as always!
I just built mine with pp plate, zaku switch. Case foam sounds more refined than without case foam. Really comfortable board.
@@CorgiTheCorgiyou should put up some typing tests! Plz ❤️
Do you know by any chance if the Tri-mode works with VIA? Thanks!
I also just ordered one. Seems like such great value.

Rainy day would look nice on this color
I was too Late to get on the GB sadge. I'll go ahead and just wait

We've got some twinning boards Marbs heh. GMK Lime would look great on the green Ergo!
Thanks as always for watching the content, means a lot!
