I made this cake for my daughter's 5th birthday and it was one of the most delicious cakes I've ever made. I did everything exactly as the recipe said with the exception that I used blackberries instead of raspberries and since cake flour isn't available in the UK I mixed plain flour and corn flour. Amazing cake! Thank you, I'm learning a lot from your lovely channel

I tried this cake and it is one of the best cakes I have ever done. I also tried it with strawberries instead of raspberries. I 100% recommend it. Whenever I want to impress someone I do this cake.

Hello! Thank you for the recipe 💕 I made this cake yesterday for my birthday 🎂 and it came out excellent! I doubled the ingredients for a 21cm pan, but forgot to do the same for the raspberry coulis 😬 There was just enough for the frosting and juuuust enough for the inside to (more would have been better) But nonetheless, it was a hit! Oh and I added mascarpone to the chantilly to make it more thicker and creamier. Also I tried making those chocolate flowers... I failed badly, but I think it was because I used white choco with dried raspberry bits inside, it was hard to spread. So I ended making lots of tiny petals and made a big flower decoration. Which wasn't half bad. Glad I did, because white chocolate and raspberry is one of the best combo. Now I wanna try other recipe you got there 🤤
@@gabrielaarreguin3345 I used all purpose flour (type 55 if you are in UE) And yes, pancake mix already has powdered sugar and baking powder, and you don't need any of that with that kind of cake.
