Cheshire has some really stunning properties. It’s not just the homes, either-it’s the lifestyle. You get the tranquility of the countryside, but you're not too far from Manchester or Liverpool. For that budget, you could buy a modern estate or even a historical manor house with acres of land
It’s definitely appealing, especially if you think of it as more than just a home. At that price point, you’re also considering it as an investment. The luxury market can be pretty stable, and if you buy right, it could be a good addition to your portfolio
Exactly. High-end properties in Cheshire have held their value really well. And if you manage it smartly, it’s an investment that can appreciate over time. Have you thought about getting some advice on this? With so much on the line, it might be a good idea to consult someone
I agree. I was in a similar position a while back and ended up talking with Nora Jean Erickson. She’s a CFP with a real knack for integrating real estate into a broader financial strategy. She helped me understand not only the investment potential but also the tax implications and how it fits into my overall portfolio
I’ve heard of Nora Jean Erickson, actually. A friend of mine consulted with her before buying property overseas. She’s known for taking a holistic approach, which I think is really valuable
I like the outside more than the inside. That sofa set flush with the sink (and boiling water) is ridiculous and I didn't notice any counter space next to any of the bathroom sinks. I also didn't care for most of the light fixtures.
I like the climbing walls on the exterior. Very handy for burglars. Would need 'voiles' in every window to stop the neighbours looking in all the time. Neighbours so close it's a bit like a posh council estate. Is that a big metal pit cover in the middle of the lawn? That being said, lovely house, wrong location.
Ticks a lot of boxes very nice and neutral home with function and sustainability is a big plus. I would put in a sauna instead of wine cellar if asked. I loved the art work of the owner very nice and I don't say that often. Very well presented with lots of information important for any buyer to know. Not bad at all for the price as well and free charging and solar power is wonderful. Thanks Jas and Tom :)
Maybe I'm missing something but to me if I'm spending £3.75m a single garage is a definitive no-no. Minimum double garage and minimum enough frontage to park more than a couple of cars outside of the garage. The house has allot of nice features and one has to take location into account in valuation price-point. However, we are not in central London here in this example.....so, cannot accept the limitation this property has on what should be basic requirement/s.
Could have been nice but for the close neighbours. I suppose the developers wanted to make as much money as possible out of a small plot which is a shame.
The only thing I would change with this luxury home is the title deeds, from the current owner into my name....If I had the money that is!! What a stunning home.
According to feng shui principles, having a direct line of sight from your front door to your back door is considered bad luck, as it allows positive energy to flow straight through the house without circulating and bringing benefits; essentially, "chi" rushing out the back door too quickly, leaving your home with less positive energy, other than that, it is a really nice looking home.
Jas is looking rather glowing if you know what I mean.....I'm just saying. She is an absolute professional though and does a great job at showing off all the properties that she shown here and before.
Fantastic review of the property but it’s not for me sorry it reminds me of a church at the front and some of the fittings look odd like the copper sink with a stark white toilet 🚽, saying all that your presentation is 1st class 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Personally I think theirs better looking house in and around Manchester that are falling down from the era Britain was great. 3.75M crazy stuff but everyone to there own.
It's ok but I can't see the sustainable element - looks a bit like greenwashing. If it is actually sustainable it should not have any concrete in its construction and use local materials, it should have solar and a battery to power the house and charger, and it must be very very cosy with high insulation. This house only has the cosy rating, so not good enough to be sustainable. Also, it has a tiny garden for the price and a single garage - not good. That said it is a good layout and works well.
Multi-floor houses like this that have no elevator are so impractical. With the amount of money that goes into a build like this, it seems foolish not to include one. What if you have an injury, or elderly/infirm/disabled guests or family members?
Oh great! ANOTHER 'Eco Friendly' house that's about 10 times the size of a NORMAL family house!! Because obviously building something 10 times bigger than it needs to be, using VAST amounts of building materials, is the very definition of..............'Eco Friendly'

Came for the hose, stayed for the Porsche 911 GT3 RS Weissach Package 992 in Jet Black with red magnesium wheels
the owners don’t have a porsche they have a tesla
They probably have a hose, though . . .
I like the outside more than the inside. That sofa set flush with the sink (and boiling water) is ridiculous and I didn't notice any counter space next to any of the bathroom sinks. I also didn't care for most of the light fixtures.
Love the way you guys present, you don't rush and pick up all the interesting little details❤️
Mee too
Love the 'Screwfix' ceiling light pendants at the top of the Gallery Landing! LOL
kitchen sink splash back is a Sofa. apart from that, Nice House.
"Most exclusive home", there's one exactly the same design, right next door.
Ugly outside! Not worth 200 K
I like the climbing walls on the exterior. Very handy for burglars.

Finally a luxury home where I could picture myself living in. Really beautiful home!
Tap w boiling water behind yr back???? Many wrong things with this house.

Really ugly from outside!
Definitely upping your game IMO. Another great review/home. And as an aside, loving your look! Wide leg trouser and great shirt and jumper look 👌🏻

lovely exterior and wonderful presentation by the lady.
Could have been nice but for the close neighbours. I suppose the developers wanted to make as much money as possible out of a small plot which is a shame.
That would be the developer's top priority.
Great presentation again, best house I have seen in a very long time.
The only thing I would change with this luxury home is the title deeds, from the current owner into my name....If I had the money that is!! What a stunning home.
It’s not worth 200 K? Ugly from outside!
I get what you're saying, but 200k is too low. You'd be lucky to get a terraced house in moss side for that. @irenedavo3768
Wow that get away would be perfect for my birthday next month. Am subscribed to both channels.
This is so exclusive house collection 🖤
Wow…Beautiful Art❤
Love the way you guys present
Mansion owners always havr crap gyms, this one had a reebok treadmill for example...
Amazing house. But for 3.7mil I dont want neighbours to be able to look over me in my garden :(
Yeah, you'd think for the price point you'd have a more private rear yard.
Good thing that's all bs then

Jas is looking rather glowing if you know what I mean.....I'm just saying. She is an absolute professional though and does a great job at showing off all the properties that she shown here and before.

Ain't no way an Emmerdale actor lives there 🤣
Very nice ngl ☀️
beautiful
Where has Tom gone?
Good job
Exclusive home❤
Beautiful exterior- however the interior design/ staging wasn't the best I have seen on this channel....
You can save nearly 2 million and get something with more character on the same road.
Love the brickwork, couldn't believe how ugly the inside is and entrance is one of the worst I've seen
Personally I think theirs better looking house in and around Manchester that are falling down from the era Britain was great. 3.75M crazy stuff but everyone to there own.
"Really gorgeous" said nobody ever
Great ❤
good home😍😍😍
Who are the architects?
A Couple of rough estates near there.... grim place to live, traffic jams, run down town centres. House is good, not worth that price round there.
Amazing. Very nice home ❤😊
Is this an ICF house?
That GT3 RS is almost as sexy as Jas, almost. 😉
In that outfit?😂🎉
what about safety ?///
I need a viewing asap
Good video
Nice house ❤
This is not in Cheshire - it's Manchester.

Luxury❤
Sustainable with a Porsche fossil fueled car in front of the house 😂😂😂
Exactly my thoughts.
hahaha same
Doesn't takeaway from efforts that has been put in
@@sthlmcol Yep 😆interesting that.
well the porsche isn’t the house
Nice house
Does that price include the Porsche? If not il just sleep in the Porsche
Multi-floor houses like this that have no elevator are so impractical. With the amount of money that goes into a build like this, it seems foolish not to include one. What if you have an injury, or elderly/infirm/disabled guests or family members?
Then you sell and buy a bungalow. Not every house has to meet needs that only some have.
But then again at this price range, you can add an elevator l
Welcome to Oklahoma!
Congratulations 🤰🏻
Congratulations on what?
🤦
Nice🧡
4m to have a house the same as your neighbour…
This is really expensive
Nothing immortal
Most ex service song
4 mil and still overlooked in your back garden no thanks
the ground behind the wall is a lot lower than you think
Yeah, a private backyard is a must with upscale houses.
Nice

DONT LIKE THE INTERIOR
These modern homes are so ugly, we have so many beautiful homes from Edwardian Victorian era. Where did we go wrong building these eyesores?
Hlw..nice
