- Possibly the biggest steam gala of year took place at the Gloucestershire & Warwickshire Railway with a some big name locos on display at the Cotswold festival of steam. Action is captured on the Sunday which saw, wet, cloudy, warm and partly sunny conditions. The video showcases the visiting engines, with a few shots of the resident locos, with some interesting double headed combos. I would of liked to of covered the gala in more detail, but couldn't get adequate free time to cover such a big event. There is a slight issue with one of the scenes at 12.22 where the scene was not shown in full, apologies for that.
I hope you enjoy the video.

Great video! Well done! Great trains. I really like British trains!
Unfortunately had to miss this as was away, so thank you for providing such a brilliant record!
gotta love that whistle at 8:49
A thoroughly enjoyed video, thanks Liam & Phil, with no detectable need for apologies. All the more enjoyable for your concentration on the double headers, with my personal 'sequence-of-the-day' going to the spectacular sound and vision beginning at 13:10. Kind regards, Bob.
Fabulous recordings, thank you. A super gala.
Lovely view of the Hall & King rounding the curve at 3:30, light turned out just right for that.
Excellent locations, worth the lineside pass and a good knowledge of the area. Pity the King wasn't running more frequently..
I always look forward to your channel alert and another video to watch, your footage is superb, excellent mix of locos and scenery, combined with first class sound recording as well, keep them coming, thank you
A most enjoyable video. Thank you very much
lol that whistle at 5:28
Great footage really enjoyed it 👍
Absolutely wonderful. Excellent.
GOOD WORK , at least you got the King funnel first, more than I did !
Some nice thunder at 2:30 , but looks like it was no where as bad there as the storms in Birmingham on Sunday.
Fantastic video :)
That was a storming run by 2807 and 7903!
Both your comments are exactly what I was going to write.
nice video bro
I would have been torn between the Gala and the hill-climb at nearby Prescott, but then couldn't make either! But thanks for the splendid (as usual) footage. Maybe the solitary disliker has a gripe against the Great Western?
Good video sir, BUT, i do wish you would keep following the loco. Its called panning.
excellent footage sir. Who is the idiot who clicked the dislike button ? What is not to like ;)
Actually it is a "Thumbs Up" ikon not thumbs down!
There are always haters, no mater what!
what day did you go on?
Sunday.
Same. I got to go the afternoon free because I was volunteering in the morning.
