It's absolutely disgusting that even the appearance of possible conflict of interest will get the prosecution dismissed or appealed, yet the OBVIOUS conflict of interest of Cannon and Thomas isn't enough to get them tossed off the cases.
I blame fani willis for trump getting away with all of this. We all knew Cannon was going to do this. and the NY case is a joke, like, sure hes guilty,. but in the grand scheme no one really cares. And so the only chance we had at justice was georgia. Fani only cares about her giant ego, and she is willing to risk and destroy any chance of justice unbless shes the one who brings it. she should have stepped down before this became an issue. but both sides are corrupted so badly, im sick of them all

I don't see it that way, it's democracy at work. In Russia, China, North Korea, middle east and a few others it would be over in a day and you'd be shot or locked up. I think all these people that are supporting Trump are the force of Russia that influenced or threaten their family of they did not conform to the Russian leaders demand to overthrow the U S. from within with its constitution working against the people instead of for the people. The completely have the courts working non stop and some people in the judicial system, our senate, and in our own government working with Russia. Jim Jones, Margaret Trash Green are all conspirators to bring down the U.S. The one sign they all have is their hatred of our veterans and soldiers. Trump calls our pow's lovers. They use our nation under God, our Christian Bible, and our U.S. Constitution against us and reevaluate what its true meaning is. They would have been still appointed by Trump. My view is that a Judge who had anything to do with a defendend shouldn't be presiding over his/her case.
SCOTUS is the most extreme example of how it should NOT be: 3 out of 9 judges were appointed by Trump, one additional has a real conflict of interesst when his wife took part in trying to overturn the election. That would leave only 5 judges. But yeah, it is as it is...

I am from the Netherlands. I am following the whole Trump trials with great interest for about a year now. I am totally perprexed by now with the endless appeals and delays by now. It seems to me that you can escape justice given you have enough money as apposed to being a poor someone and being thrown in jail immediately. Your justice system is really reallt broken. The justice system is built by people with money who appoint judges that will owe them if any issues pop up. Look at judge Cannon in Florida. She’s a Trump appointed judge and she has just put a stay on that case.
Any judge appointed by trump should be required to recuse themselves from his cases and, if they refuse, they should be removed from the bench! 😡
ALL of Trump's judicial appointments should be recused from their positions. Then they need to be seriously scrutinized! ONLY those justices who actually obey the law and uphold the Constitution should be permitted to remain justices--the rest should be fired.
After the NPR report every dump judge should be immediately kicked off of the bench pending trial for their obvious corruption.

I noticed something interesting on CNN’s home page today. Scroll all the way to the bottom and see the different categories. SCOTUS is listed under POLITICS, yet there is a category for US crime and justice and SCOTUS is not listed there.

I moved to Florida back in 1996...when I came back I got pulled over by the cops..he said I didn't use my turn signal..Anyway he came back to my car and told me I had a warrant for not paying my ticket for a inspection sticker violation..he took me to jail right then..my car got impounded and all kinds of other bullshit...so if I can go to jail for a $25 ticket Donald Trump should of been locked up decades ago.

It is difficult to keep the faith in the system when it seems there are so many issues with the system. But, all these exposures of weaknesses can be a blueprint of what needs to be fixed.
