I've been to HATYAI / SONGKHLA many times, but this time, I was surprised to see the place in details and found our there are so many hidden gems. Also, SONGKHLA has long history since Persian Empire!

Hi Jenni, Songkhla is quite safe for me. There might be some incidents in the past, but now there is nothing to worry about.

I was visited Songkhla around February this year for 20 days. Before it, I watched your videos first. Samila Beach, Floating Market, Naga Statue, etc. there are so many beautiful things that you can see. And now I just re-watched your videos to remember all my memories in Songkhla. Dear, Art. I have some suggestions.
After watching your videos about Hat Yai / Songkhla, I realized that Hat Yai is so interesting! So I browse all places you mentioned in those videos.
Unfortunately, some places are known in different names on Google Maps. For example, the great serpent statue is better to be the Khor Hong Hill is popularly called "Hat Yai Municipal Park". I couldn't find Khor Hong Hill on Google Maps. Also, the great standing Buddha of Hat Yai Municipal Park, the four-faced Brahma (called as "the four-faced Buddha" on Google Maps), and the Hat Yai cable car are a part of one system/area, so I think it's better if you group those places in one video.
Last, I couldn't find the view point you showed us in Koh Yo. Can you please tell me (us) what the official name is?

You can rent a car and drive up there or use a local taxi. Motorcycle is good, but you have to have skills to drive it, especially that you have to drive on the left. Have a great time there!

Thanks for a nice video. But the buddha statue...dont believe everything you hear from local Thais. In Roi Et they have one that is the doubble leangh....and it is...standing up!
